I had to get a refund from Blade RV ; I have dealt with them for at least 10 years ..however after the rude insulting treatment on October 20th at 4:10 pm ; I cannot reccomend this company / Dealership at all. I came in for a refund after waiting since last Thursday , the book keeper at the main dealership was nice thoughtful and really great..professional.The counterperson John , had to go outside and get my refund check... As the Assistant manager from the main dealership would not bring it in. I am Disabled and walk with Cain , stairs are horribly painful. I had to climb stairs moving slow the staff was very intolerant. My returns had been turned in previous week , still no refund check cut.Assistant Manager from the car side of dealership was rude and insulting calling me an " Ass " in front of counter staff. The return check did not have my name correctly printed in fact the name was pulled from a transcript , not my emails or orders with my full name on them.In all ; being insulted by a " little man " , in a big Jeep...( lifted Jeep ) was not fun. I am Disabled , retired and a Veteran...but treated like trash by the young rude man ( Car Dealership side ) in the jeep.Being 65 and bad legs ...using a cane then to be treated like garbage. In the end the Assistant Manager..opened the cash drawer...and THREW the bills and change...Threw this , at me rudely. While waiting for my funds...he kept yelling at me to: " Just get out of here !! " ..before I had my funds returned.Abysmally rude and " Napolionic " attitude. In a word : Ugly behavior. I do not reccomend ever purchasing any parts , or New or used vehicles at BLADE CHEVROLET...I drive 2 MERCEDES , and never have I been treated rude by the MERCEDES / Toyota dealership in Bellingham , WA.I suggest buying used cars there...classy and thoughtful people.

Do NOT buy from these people, do NOT buy their "warranty" no matter how much they push it on you and say that everything is covered.also telling a customer "We expect you to have some common sense" is incredibly disrespectful after you fast talked your way through a sales pitch on something we had no idea about.DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE

Called twice to get an appointment was put on voice mail and never got a return call. Just needed an oil change. So I went local in Sedro Woolley to Puget sound Automotive and got in the next day. It is close and fair price.

We are new to the area and needed to find a dealership to have our car serviced. We found the best in Blade Chevrolet! Jason in service always greets us with a smile, schedules our service when it's convenient for us, returns calls within 10 minutes of us leaving a message and takes great care servicing our vehicle. Everyone in the service department is happy, positive and treats us like family. We will only bring our car here.

Went there for a recall repair and the repair was quicker than I thought it'd be. They even called me to let me know that they had to remove seats and because those seats had car seats in them, they wanted me to know that they can't strap them back in due to liability. I completely understand that and said that was fine. I'm just glad that they called and warned me ahead of time.

I was greeted with a smile and friendly conversation when I brought my vehicle in for service. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The service process was relatively quick and completed in the time frame I expected. The free car wash was a bonus that I appreciated.

Quick. Easy. Precise. I saw the used ‘15 Tundra on their website. Must have been traded in recent as there was only one photo posted with the listing. I inquired about it on their website and left some contact info before going to bed. Next morning I was called by Serjio and he let me know it was still available but hasn’t been cleaned and photographed for the website yet. I requested for more photos to be sent to my email. Got basic photos of the 4 corners as well as any damage Serjio thought would be important for me to see. I told him I was coming from over an hour away so I appreciated him not wasting any time to find issues that weren’t documented when I got there. I expressed interest so he shot over a proposal price sheet and sent it over. Checked out and so I made the trip and bought the car. Finance wasn’t overly pushy about the add on packages (that was refreshing) but explained them in detail so it was clear what I was declining. Got the truck and drove back home. Truck has been great and exactly what I’m looking for. Thanks Blade Chevy and team for the smooth and easy process, I haven’t bought a car from a dealer in over a decade so this was a pleasant experience. My only complaint is the detail department could really dial back on the interior dressing. The inside was quite slick and left an oily feeling on my hands anytime I touched the interior and my shoes slipped getting in and out of the truck with dressed all weather floor mats. Also the underside was half cleaned. Had a good layer of mud on some parts of undercarriage. Also didn’t appreciate the weird underbody spray on the frame that oversprayed onto the shocks and other components. Didn’t see any rust to really warrant that kind of service but also maybe there was surface rust they were worried about? Can’t tell since it was all sprayed over. 9.5/10 experience. Docked .5 for the recon detail being sloppy. Would work with them again in the future though.

Worst parts department ever. They are terminally crabby and rude. Trying to order a part is painful, the woman on the phone would keep carrying a conversation with someone else while I'm talking, very rude and unprofessional.

Called about tail lights working intermittently on my 2015 Yukon. Service advisor stated there was a safety warranty on them and to bring it in to verify they were working intermittently so they can be fixed. After it was looked at service advisor called and stated it was expired and no longer valid. Followed up with saying there was a safety inspection done which is not what I brought my Yukon in for. Followed up with a bill for 170$ for the visit. I would not have brought my vehicle in if the advisor was informed/knowledgeable on the warranty on the tail lights. I’m out 170$ for something I already new was an issue of the tail lights not functioning properly. Very disappointed. A refund would be great.

My wife and I were interested in a 2020 GMC Denali pickup at Blade Chevrolet. We were met outside by a very sharp, friendly young man who told us all about the truck, all the features, all the abilities and all the accessories. Then he let us take it for a ride, explaining more about it as we drove. Thoroughly enjoyed his presentation and knowledge and told him we wanted it. He took the information to his sales manager who wrote it up for us, we agreed on the full sale price and asked if he would include a tonneau cover. At that price he wouldn't but agreed to give us one at cost. We talked to the young salesman later that day to tell him which cover to include and were surprised to hear they sold the truck out from under us! Not happy! The sales manager should have more respect for his salesmen and his customers. If you deal with them be wary of making a deal with the sales manager. I have bought several vehicles from them in the past, we are not going back!

I'm 2021 our family bought a brand new travel trailer from Blade Chevrolet RV and honestly since we got it there has been nothing but bad service and problems. Our trailer was bought and soon after we realized our trailer had an issues with a slide out. We called the service center and were met with a few responses from various people but overall the theme was that they couldn't help us and the issue was from the manufacturer. The manufacturer issued a fix for our trailer and after just a few months of owning the trailer it was sent back to Ohio where it was "fixed". After a month we got it back and took it camping again. The slide out issue had been fixed but the awnings mo longer functioned. Once again we called Blade and their answer left us questioning why anyone would buy from Blade ever? The result of the call again was not our issue. We recently bought a new Suburban and when looking for a vehicle knew we'd never go through Blade. We went to Everett and have been so pleased. blade is a company that unfortunately does not stand behind the items they sell. They sell items for profit and to make a buck never looking back at the customers and families they hurt along the way. We will never do business with Blade again and just want to warn everyone else that they seem like a nice local company on the outside but are just another company willing to hurt the people that support them.

Junior is very knowledgeable about the cars he is selling! This is now the second time he has helped me with selecting and buying a new car.Junior made the experience very comfortable and I felt very welcomed, he made sure to answer all my questions and made the process of buying a new truck so easy. Junior is hands down the best, I appreciate all the hard work he did once again this time to get me into my new work truck. Overall the staff at Mount Vernon Blade Chevrolet is amazing and friendly.
