DO NOT BANK HERE! They have stolen thousands from me and it just disappears in transactions sheets. All my transactions get edited. Went in several times and called for investigation but there is “nothing they can do” since the transactions don’t show all my missing money!!

We have been customers of this bank for over 40 years. These days, this branch has poor customer service and most of the staff are inexperienced, so they wait for a long time and are unfriendly.

Been doing business here a very long time. Sense they were Skagit State bank. I don't know what happened to their staffing after they renovated but they need to address the understaffing. All the familiar faces are gone and they are running far to lean to keep up. I will be happy to improve the review if they can get back to the excellent customer service we had been accustomed to, and that was largely do to the speed of service.

☆I do NOT recommend coming here on a friday. For some reason this Bank is still running on covid hours so their Lobby is still closed! so everybody has to bank through the drive-through it's ridiculous! I suspect these ladies just don't want to work anymore.

This is hands down the best bank I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with and I've been with a few different banks. The people are amazing and the experience of being there makes me look forward to every time I have to do banking. Thank you so much for everything you do and the way you do it.

Banner is proving to be an "ok" bank since it incorporated the former Skagit Bank system. Main downside is that from the beginning of absorbing of Skagit Bank - Banner has repeatedly closed branches. Branches that tend to have more convenient and accessible.

This branch of Banner Bank may be the busiest bank in Mount Vernon, due to the location, and it was formally Skagit Bank. It is a very large bank with at least 6 teller booths, and that is the problem, this bank is more often than not short tellers and there is sometimes a line of customers nearly out the door. They also have four drive-through booths and that service can also be very slow. This branch has gone through a lot of tellers over the past few years, some of which I really enjoyed working with, and I'm always sad to see them move on. The phones are always ringing off the hook and that is another thing that seems to slow this branch down. This bank probably just needs to have at least one more teller on at all times. I've been in much smaller banks that run the same number of tellers, so considering the amount of business that bank does it should have enough tellers to keep up with the steady flow of clientele.
