“I've been with NCCU since 2017 (auto loan) and refinanced in 2019, although at the time they had some issues getting my autopay to work they resolved it as the issue was on their end my bank told me. I was helped via phone calls and had never been inside the branch until this year when I signed up for a personal loan, which was all very new (and to be honest a little intimidating). Olivo helped me via email and phone, he had great customer service and answered all my questions, and in person at the branch he helped me for the last steps for my new loan. The branch was spacious and clean, good customer service from the tellers up front, but I especially wanted to give Olivo 5+ stars! Even when my current auto loan and new personal loan are paid, I will continue to use NCCU in the future and do recommend them.”

“If more people had went to college for this field then banks wouldn't be understaffed,Unfortunately Noone was trained like how farm ma and pop families pass down traditions as bank telling generally isn't in the family.The Lobby is Bilingual.The tellers treat everyone equally.My favorite thing is/was that whenever I needed money from the ATM I can choose 20s or hundreds, not every ATM has that option.Thank you US Bank Mt Vernon!”
