I actually had a mostly bad experience here this month. Not really the front desk's fault. The friendly store employees did the best they could with what they had. I ordered a pair of tail light assemblies for my pickup truck. One was somehow lost during the shipping process. I witnessed bad communication from the supply chain and poor record keeping. The tail lights were expensive, well over $200 for the set. But they did not come with screws or mounting brackets. Staff tried but they were unable to find them. I'm glad I kept a photo of my receipt because the cashier was going to charge me again for the tail lights. The store was busy and understaffed. Too bad, AutoZone.

This place is the absolute worst. No can give you a real answer, they tell you that you don't need something based off of their opinion, but their opinion means nothing if they have no knowledge of the products they are selling.

Steven is the best and is an asset to the store This this is my second time at AutoZone on College Way; I went at the end of 2022 and I went today in 2023 and each time they were very helpful. Today, Steven took the time to walk me through my windshield wiper choices, but he went the extra mile and helped me For 12 minutes in the parking lot so that I could put them on. He taught me how to do it, (I am newly divorced after 20 years, and I've never had to do it before). Then, when we experienced problems with one of them, he was patient and he continued to help and troubleshoot that with me. I'm very grateful for my AutoZone location.

I bought an alternator and they wouldn't give me the warranty without getting my phone number this seems unnecessary and just a way they can send unwanted propaganda i will not be going back

These guys are always super helpful every time I need to come here for parts. Even though it was raining hard but Chris was willing to install my wipers right away! The store is nice and clean as well
