“About two months ago the driver's side door latch on our 1997 Chevy Blazer broke (ripped out of the door jam). This was probably due to earlier damage caused by a mentally incapacitated deer ramming the door on an earlier excursion. The door would no longer close and we started looking for repair options. Dally's was the only auto repair service in this area that said they could repair it inside of two months. All the others were backed up for at least 4 months and some longer than 6 months.Concerned about supply chain issues, we took the car to Dally's, a service we had used very successfully over the last 20 years. It took exactly as long as Dally's had predicted and they did a perfect job of repairing the latch and realigning the door. We could not be more pleased. “I brought in an electrical part that I purchased in California in 2011 with a lifetime warranty. I was in Mount Vernon a couple of weeks ago (I live in Canada) and I went in to this location with a defective part and receipt from 13 years ago. Even though they no longer sold the identical brand, they offered me a different brand with no cost to me. Both the parts person and manager were fantastic to deal with. “Travelling from Seattle to Alaska, I had a check engine light pop up. I called Motor Trucks, as I have a maxforce engine. Understanding I was travelling, they said to come by. They would be unable to repair anything, but would read the codes. Zack came out, read the codes, and it turned out to be nothing. He was extremely professional, friendly and eager to help. It was a great experience and I highly recommend Motor Trucks, if you have need of their services!”

“Rodger was an amazing help! I went in because my engine oil was leaking, and he discovered that my oil pan was stripped out and the oil plug wouldn't hold. Rodger and his assistant personally stayed even after the auto care center was closed, even going so far as to try to get a new plug from an auto supply store. When nothing worked, he helped jurry rig a solution that would allow me to limp my car home. The whole time they were incredibly professional, patient, and kind, and talked me through everything they were doing. Fantastic service. Rodger deserves a raise.”
