I'm grateful for the service when there is no other place to go at night, but prices on many beverages are half again or twice as much compared to other stores. I guess if the store is able to keep busy with the high prices, good for them!

I was pissed this morning when my 3yr old had to pee so bad and they wouldn't let her use the bathroom the lady said they don't have one...... like seriously she was 3 I should have let her pee on your side walk but I didn't.instead I had to put one of her little brothers diapers on her. toddlers can't hold it. typically this location has some nice people that work her but not this morning around 8am even if you really can't let her use it you could have recommended a place that may have a restroom she could have used. but instead I ask if you have a restroom my daughter could use and ur response was nope no no we dont

It's really a shame that you can't rate this business less than one star. The cashier Myra was a total b****. They charged me for 2 coffees because I mixed hot and cold together in one cup.

Signs up everywhere for use of the app and it's discounts. But it's a lie, they literally lie to your face. The owner is a chucklehead who needs to get his fist out of his hole. Oh. And everything is priced higher than other ampms despite this one being pretty far from a freeway, so there's no real excuse to be charging what's charged here other than pure greed. 1 star is far too many.

I enter store to buy a fountain soda, right on the machine it states 79 cents for a large. I get a large cup I get a large Diet Dr pepper and proceed to the front to be rung up for.. $1.95! I asked the owner ( I'm assuming) why it's $1.95, he States we're not a participating location. I told him why don't you take the freaking sign down. He says corporate won't let me. You can guarunfuckingtee I'm calling corporate about this. Damn, too hard to put a little sign up that says you aren't participating?

I buy slurpees from am/PM and 711 almost on a daily basis. I can go through 150oz in couple hours. I always grab the largest cup available, even if from the fountain drink section. At most I have been charged around $2.60 for a 52oz slurpee. This store tried to charge me $19.?? For a 2.99 cheeseburger and 3 52oz slurpees. I left them on counter. The guy is clueless as to how it actually works .

Wow this stop and shop for fuel and some groceries is a good place to stop if you need some snacks and you're on the road and you're just passing through and you need something to drink this is a good place to stop or stuff like that but their gas is way too pricey for the area that I would just pass this place by there is another gas station just a little bit down the road from this gas station that is much cheaper.

if I could I would put zero Stars. Put my personal problems aside, and no matter what the employees are extremely rude. I had gotten a car wreck and I had no choice but to put my car in their parking lot. I sat out there for hours. My phone had died and they would not let me charge my phone. On another day, I called just to ask if there the car was still there if it had been towed. And the lady spent a minute or two telling me she didn't know if it was there or not. Instead of walking out or looking out the window to see for herself . Then she continued to be rude and hung up on me multiple times. This place is horrible to their customers. And not to mention the rats all over outside around the garbage . who knows if they are inside.

Sells fake puff bars here. The cashier refused to give me a refund even after showing him the official website that tells if it's counterfeit or not. extremely disappointed

They have horrible customer service. They have untrained and rude staff.I went in to buy eggs, here on August 19th at 10:39 am. A young kid with black hair was working.The price of the eggs said $4.99 on the shelf. They rang up as $5.99 and he refused to change the price. So he sat there arguing with me for about 5 minutes and finally said "Then i'm not going to sell you the eggs". Is it really worth losing a long standing customer over $1?I have been a long standing customer here becauae it is near my house. But i won't be coming back. Not eben for gas.

Was told there was a plastic bag ban, but they would provide one for a 40 cent fee. Then I suggested they carry paper bags and was told they can't carry paper bags. So they'll charge for a plastic bag that is banned but not supply paper bags, which I wouldn't mind paying 40 cents for. I don't feel like there was honesty involved here

I have been using this location for 6 months now, twice a month because they accept vouchers through Catholic Community Services. Every time I have gone in its been either the owner or Stephen and I couldn't have been more satisfied!! They have never made me feel like my business wasn't as important as someone with cash, and are always friendly and conversational!! I will continue to fill up here after I'm done with the program that supplies the voucher just because of the fantastic service!! Stephen is such an amazing employee, always friendly, helpful, and always doing work, I've never seen him not working on something around the store!!!

If I could give a -5 stars I would. Twice. I have never been so utterly humiliated in my entire life. I'm living in my car right now fleeing an unsafe situation and was given a gas voucher from community action today. I was told by CA ( the issuer) to explain my situatuion Not only did he refuse to let me use it, he took from me and embarassed me in front of everyone. So now I'm stuck in my car with no gas and no heat. You are a lousy human sir. I hope if you have daughters, and they find themselves in a similar situation, they don't have to deal with someone like you. Hopefully, they get someone kind.
