I was attempting to purchase a slightly used recliner (used for a week). It didn’t help my back and it clickes everytime it moves. And I can’t get the leg rest down. I called to return it and was told it would be picked up today, Friday. It wasn’t even on the schedule. My son bought me a new one that’s coming tomorrow and I have no room for it. We got a washer and dryer that we are still paying on. Called to have them look at the dryer cause it was making a noise. Never got a call back. Washer started only running on one cycle and called for that. They said they’d come out to look at them never showed. Said they would call to set up appointment never did that. Went in to set up appointment and was told they could come look at them and would bring a loaner washer and dryer came out to the house and said they don’t have loaners. Asked how long and they said they don’t know how long we would go without the washer and dryer. And since then haven’t gotten a call or nothing from them about trying to figure this out. Poor customer service and don’t seem to want to help.

This place is absolutely horrible! We bought this so called daybed that has broken now two times. This first time they just used super glue and some different screws, and this time Lupita told my wife that the bed was only made for childen and not "big" people. Our son is only 15 and not fat. I just recently learned that Aaron's will take this item back, but will not apply any money's that have been paid on this item, towards another. We called at eleven this morning again waiting for pickup since last Thursday and still no confirmation yet. I will be calling BBB and definitely be reporting them. Oh, and if wasn't for Google's rating system, they would get no stars! Rip off artists!

I have done business with this store for 7 years and 3 managers and thousands of cash. We are now being harassed by drivers showing up demanding payment when payment is not contracted as late, stating they have tried to contact via phone on the same phone we have used for 7 years. This is very untrue and and completely unprofessional. We have decided to cut ties with this store and give a public reprimand of there over aggressive, lies, harsh worded (at the door)and bullism tactics to loyal customers without cause.

I have been a customer at this location several times. About a week ago when they came to pick up my furniture I was returning they showed up very unprofessionally dressed. The girl Victoria who was helping the driver wearing flats that kept falling off while trying to lift the sectional out of the house. She couldn't fit her end of the couch out of the front door so she ended up making a fairly large dent in my front door. She took pictures and said a manager would follow up with me. Over a week later they tried calling me... Not a manager but Victoria telling me I would need to take pictures myself and that the damage to the door "wasn't that bad". She continued to tell me that I needed to cooperate with her. I've never had a bad experience with this place until now. The workers are extremely unprofessional and very dishonest.

Be careful if your trying to get something from here they try to scam you they say your gonna pay a certain amount for an item and come out with you paying more! Save your receipts and watch everything you pay! Make sure everything you buy is good not in bad shape!

The new manager just charged me a 5 dollar fee for being one day late i have done alot of business with them Dustin the old manager was good this new crew they have there is questionable at best wont be doing business here in the future

A great place to get decent quality home items even if you don't have good enough credit for a credit card also they usually have loyalty discounts for returning customers that are in good standing and wont punish you if you are one day late and i can't forget how nice and helpful they are even on the phone. Now the reason i gave them a 4 out of 5 is if a cute girl is late on her payment and needs an extension all she has to do is come in crying and they will fall for her sob story hook line and sinker 😒. So if you are a manipulative cry on cue woman come on down and make all woman everywhere look bad but if you are a up front straight forward woman like me or a man you better be on time.
