My daughter Amber was a Pharmacy Assistant at this Rite Aid. She repeatedly asked the Pharmacy manager Jay for assistance with customers due to the high volume and long waiting time. He told her customer service was not a priority for him. She was bullied by a co- worker Marisa and he refused to address it. She was diabetic and had epilepsy and one time had to go to the back and lie down to avoid having a seizure and he stepped over her and said " are you alive"? They made my daughters life horrible. She died on August 27th, at 37 years old due to a seizure.

Horrible!!!! Went three days in a row and they said the prescriptions were "in process". On day three I said I would wait. After 25 minutes they said they didn't have either in stock and needed to order them both. Google their reviews, not an isolated incident. Too many other pharmacies in the area that are competent.

This Western Union that is inside Rite-in will only do transfers to other people not cash checks. Misrepresentation of information

The receptionist at the pharmacy is an absolutely rude man. He needs to be retrained when dealing with customers. They messed up my prescription had to go back to Safeway Pharmacy to see what had happened. Found out Josh their manager had lost it. Went back to get it fixed. Took an incredibly long time and the male receptionist (wish I got his name) was rude the whole time. I will not be back.

If you use Rite Aid pharmacy be very careful and know what you are getting and DOUBLE and TRIPLE check your prescription. My daughter was prescribed an allergy medication. When she got home and just before popping the new prescription pill into her mouth she noticed the label and knew the drug was a blood pressure medication (she is an RN). With her already natural low blood pressure - if she would have taken the medication she would have been rushed to the ER or worse. NO one that is not an RN or in the medical field would have caught this horrible error. The names of the two drug were slight similar and John Doe citizen would not have thought twice about taking he drug he had been given.

Purely in regards to their passport photo services. I went in for a passport photo months back, I got my photo taken, and even the woman who took it seemed skeptical it would be accepted.. But, had no problem charging me anyway. Naturally, the photos were not acceptable because they were trash, and so I informed them and was told I'd get another taken for free. I'm told I cant get it immediately because they are out of the printer paper necessary, but they'd get it within the next few days. So about a month of me continuously coming in and calling them resulted in them STILL never getting the printer paper, while being told daily that it would be "tomorrow". Well, I guess tomorrow never comes in Rite Aid land. How can you have PASSPORT PHOTOS in big bold letters on display out front of your building, but you don't offer passport photos? The hell, man?! I would give my experience negative stars, but I give the store 2 because while it sucks really bad, the manager ended up giving me a refund and was very polite and patient with an obviously frustrated jerk (me). Go to Wal Greens, got mine taken and taken right the first try.

I've definitely experienced better customer service. Most pharmacy staff is rude and impatient!

Rude rude rude at the drive thru window. Slamming stuff. Being short. And there wasn't a huge line behind us. Matter of fact there was Noone behind us :( we tend to not go to this rite aid because of their usual rudeness.

A bit gloomy, maybe lighting. There's too many empty shelves here. And then I went in the bathroom... OH MY GOD!!! I nearly puked. The smell was overwhelming, there was so much crumpled paper towel & toilet paper that it was hard to walk to the facilities, or use the sink. Rite Aid, never again... EVER
