So hard to get a hold of someone. I’m constantly getting told to hold and hold and hold and hold to the point where I just get hung up on or sent to the answering machine. Just spoke to a guy who was super rude, interrupting me with a trash (uhhhh how can I help you…) attitude and couldn’t care less about me getting my prescription.

the pharmacy could not hang up on you when they are busy and you have a problem.
they could also not refuse to help you because your transfer pharmacy supposedly didn't do it right. Moses Lake walgreens pharmacy is probably the worst I've ever been treated in a retail establishment ever

So hard to get a hold of this place. Transferring my prescription here was a huge pain, every time I went to pick up my prescription it would take at least 15 min of me standing there with no one in line for someone to help me. They are so slow it’s painful. I should have listened to the other reviews

Far nicer and more excepting people at Walgreens, compared to Rite Aid. They dont act weird when im picking up my transgender needs.

Unfortunately lunch is more Important to the pharmacy people I was sitting in drive-through five minutes before they closed and after the last car pulled through she just shut the curtains on me for lunch how unprofessional is that I talk to the manager she blew me off and I talk to the corporate and the lady also blew me off Kinda and just talked about their lunch

I called the pharmacy during working hours to ask about a prescription and received a message saying the store was temporarily closed. I was given the option to be transferred to what I assume was corporate and the person on the other end had zero information as to why. So there was no warning text from the store, no explanation on the recorded message, and a clueless corporate customer service representative. This incident, along with rising prescription costs and poor customer service recently, made me decide to switch pharmacies.

Went in there , all children's medicine that was Walgreens brand was buy one get one 50%, go up to pay it SHELLI was my cashier , she charged me full price for it I told her nicely it was on sale she laughed and said it was not and I was wrong and I asked her to go check with me she refused and with a smerk told me she filled that isle her self but I kept telling her I was positive and kept saying I was pretty much lying until she called the manager up to go check for me and I was right, I felt like I was treated poorly and like a liar people like this should not be in the customer service field.

I use to talk highly about this pharmacy but they've been severing slacking lately. They close up pharmacy at 6pm during weekends which started when? Completely inconvenient & when you call to speak to a rep they hang up on you after waiting on hold forever. Beginning to look else where.

Terrible customer service from Michelle ready rude to customers. I’m a supervisor in healthcare and can’t imagine treating patients the way she talks to customers. Other staff was friendly.
