I am so tired of being late on my extremely time sensitive medication because this pharmacy refuses to keep it in stock. No matter what time I renew it, I've had to miss days because they don't have it in. Whoever does the orders needs a stern talking to about keeping up. I don't think I should have to harass the pharmacists in order to get my prescription filled. And I refuse to go through the drive through because of they give you the wrong thing ( twice now this has happened) they won't take it back and you're just out of luck.

Been with this pharmacy for awhile and tonight was the last straw. Called for 15mins with no one answering the phone(pretty normal thing) drove down to see if my antibiotic was filled of course it wasn't(the normal thing as well). I notice when standing in line 2 people making & counting meds. 1 person doing the drive through and 1 working 2 registers, wait what? And all of them working at the speedy pace of a sloth. I could not imagine if I really needed a medicine and had to depend on this pharmacy staff(tonight I was hoping would be different). I asked the register lady if there was a time they don't answer there phone and her reply was, "Oh they just ring all the time." I would have to agree 100% they just RING no one ever picks up and with 4 people working there you would think they could pump out prescription's or at least pick up the dang phone. I waited 2hrs for my antibiotic to be filled then she assured me it would be filled in 25mins...right. I hear WallGreens is better so I would suggest going to WALLGREENS INSTEAD OF RITE AID.

We are new to Moses Lake and wanted an easy option for transferring our medications. Bartells and Rite Aide is connected. Not know anyone in town yet we went with this option.Every time we go through the drive through to pick up meds the service is horrible. They have no customer service. At first, I thought it was just a guy having a tough day. Then my husband had the same complaint. We have gone here 6 or 7 times. Same guy and a gal both rude. Always says. “ what do you need”. Not a good morning, how can I help you today. Call the customer service number in a previous post did nothing. Time for a new place I will be talking to my co workers about where they go.

As a health care worker I try to find grace and patience for anyone, especially “overwhelmed” pharmacy techs. Coming from a bigger city I am extremely disappointed in the demeanor of staff in this establishment, every time Ive picked up or called in regards to my prescription I’ve been met with someone who is visibly annoyed/irritated or just rude. I understand the pressure you may be experiencing, but this is your job. Extremely disappointed. I was discharged from the hospital mid morning, checked on my prescription late afternoon and was told it would take 45 minutes so we went home thinking I’d be informed with an hour or two, I called later in the evening (in pain) since no word on my prescription via text or email as stated and it had still not been filled and sounded like they weren’t even going to get around to it TODAY. You’d think living in such a small area you’d be met with grace and patience, and possibly and understanding that people NEED their medicine. Although this is not “home” I will be finding a different pharmacy.

The City of Moses Lake seems to think that just because they supply their city workers with great Brand New vehicles it doesn’t have to do any actual work. This tree has been there for months. The city doesn’t require public facing building on main roads to do anything but mow the lawn, if your looking for good looking scenes it’s mostly done by the City of ML. Though they are very lenient when it comes to businesses. In FACT if you were the Cartel you’d be thriving here, you don’t need any signs indicating your building is in fact a business, 25k people and tons of homeless.

Horrible!!!! Went three days in a row and they said the prescriptions were “in process”. On day three I said I would wait. After 25 minutes they said they didn’t have either in stock and needed to order them both. Looking at other reviews this is not an isolated incident. Too many other pharmacies in the area that are competent. To put icing on the cake the worker had the nerve to be indignant and rude. If you can’t have decent manners don’t work with the public it’s that simple.

My daughter Amber was a Pharmacy Assistant at this Rite Aid. She repeatedly asked the Pharmacy manager Jay for assistance with customers due to the high volume and long waiting time. He told her customer service was not a priority for him. She was bullied by a co- worker Marisa and he refused to address it. She was diabetic and had epilepsy and one time had to go to the back and lie down to avoid having a seizure and he stepped over her and said " are you alive"? They made my daughters life horrible. She died on August 27th, at 37 years old due to a seizure.
