The worst experience I’ve ever had trying to get internet. Spoke to three different people and they still acted like they never spoke to me before when trying to get the equipment. I was told my internet was ready once I had the router but then was to it would be a few days. They constantly repeat themselves even after telling them you understand/asking them to stop.

What can I say? 10/10! This company has been so helpful to me and my family throughout the years, making it easy and affordable to have internet! Not only does this company have great products, but they have awesome installers! We've been blessed with Salvador! Salvador's very kind and professional. His installations are always clean and neat, and he's eager to teach you how everything works! I really loved how he used analogies when explaining to me how different wifi bands and internet speeds work. If you go with this company, definitely make sure you ask for Salvador!

Installers were very professional and helpful!! They left the outside wires looking so much better! Tired discreetly to the exterior. I'm really grateful! They went above and beyond. The costume service over the phone was also excellent! Friendly and so helpful! I just moved from an area that only had century link and after dealing with them - LocalTel is a breath of fresh air!

Very pleased so far with the team at LocalTel. Sal and Ricardo came out and got us hooked up. We have been without internet for about 8 months. These guys were very professional, courteous and helpful.

Wow what relief! After a horrible 3 months with another provider I got switched over to localtel where I actually get to talk to a real and local person for support. Already off to a good start.

So far I've been waiting over a week for PUD. I was told i local tel will call them and give me a call back. Im still waiting on a call back. Called them today and they said the same thing so let's see if I'll get a call back.

Amazing service!!!! Best fiber company in the Columbia basin. Valerie and Sam had efficient customer service and were very knowledgeable. Salvador was an amazing technician and even went above and beyond to provide great service! Very knowledgeable and quick! I couldn’t be happier! Telling everyone I know to switch. Internet is running smoothly!

Bad customer service we’ve been waiting over 5 weeks for pud to install the gateway for the internet so I decided to call and found out that the lady that helped us out at this localtel location didn’t even sending in the request now we have to wait another whole 6 weeks for them to have us on the list for the gateway, not to mention that they blamed the PUD’s” system “ for not working well and saying we needed the landlords permission when our landlord literally went with us that day and signed the paperwork in her face like how is this good service they really need to do better cause this is unfair.

LocalTel is pretty unreliable when it comes to internet services. Frequently poor connection with consistent disconnects and shoddy customer service. If you want faster internet, I'd recommend using Spectrum.

I'm not going to even comment.This is my second review and probably a year after my first one.We moved from our original home and had to have it set up at our new house.I was dreading having to have it set up because of my previous experience.Yes, the one I couldn't even talk about.I have to tell you now.If I had had Leslie from the get go, I truly believe my first experience would have flowed as smooth as pudding.Y'all need to put her in charge of "New Hires and P.R. Training!"This Lady is your " Golden Key!"I couldn't have asked for a smoother transition into our new home. And this includes not having Fiber Optics available at the house.Within 3 days, we had a gentleman come and install the box. 4 days they tried to hook up, day 5, they had to run power, and I didn't have to do anything!She handled the whole shittencabootle!We are almost completely hooked up.A few more days and we will be up and running.Thank you Leslie for keeping us informed and making a world of difference in our New Localtel experience.I appreciate you more than you'll ever know, Susan C Stebbins
