“My wife and I stayed here overnight during a road trip this past July. The Sage N Sand was perfect. Check-in was smooth as silk, the room was good-sized and clean, everything worked (including the A/C; it was hot when we arrived), the price was good - pretty much exactly what we needed. Yes, it is no-frills, but this place has the must-have basics down pat. We would not hesitate to stay again if we ever pass this way again.”

“Great room, very clean. Nice common areas and breakfast but they basically start tearing it down at 8:30 am, so plan on getting there by 8 if you want any eggs or potatoes.”

“We loved this place so much! It’s operated by a very sweet family, very friendly and accommodating. The beds were super soft and cozy (honestly got a better sleep than at home), rooms were clean, soft towels, good water pressure, security cameras outside to feel safe and in a decent area of town. Walking distance from a great farmers market on saturdays.Highly recommend :)”

“Don't let their broken sign fool you - this place is great. The colors are bright and welcoming, the rooms are neat and exceptionally clean, and the family that runs it is kind and helpful. There is a $250 fee for smoking in the rooms, so there's a distinct absence of that musty cigarette smell found in so many budget places. Would definitely stay here again!”
