Communication Barrier.. the lady who did my hair hardly spoke English so she couldn’t understand what I wanted.. which was French bangs with face framing + layers.. she had to get another lady to do the layers because she didn’t know how ? when it came to my bangs I told her I wanted them to be about half an inch longer than my eyebrows and thick to cover my eyebrows so NO thinning the ends.. first the bangs weren’t even symmetrical they looked more like the inflation graph when Joe Biden took office? there were NO face framing like traditional “French bangs” from the jawline to the actual bangs also she took it upon herself to thin the ends making the bangs transparent and thin.. over all I will NOT be returning! Absolutely poor service plus the communication barrier with the ONLY two people at the salon! Not to mentions the lack of knowledge of cosmetology in the hairstylists ps the other lady who did my layers didn’t even know what French bangs were.. I’ve been going there since my sons first haircut which was over 3 years ago and NEVER had this issue, the last time I was there was back in November so something had to of changed within management since the last time I was there! This is NOT how you run a business.. plus it’s not a good business model to have your hairstylists not being able to comprehend clients when you’re in the business of service of cosmetology plus the lack of education within the field of their employment.. 0/10 would not recommend

Update! This is the second time we've been denied service on a Sunday! Last week I went an hour before their closing time. They only had one customer waiting in the store. They asked if we checked in and I told her that yes I tried half an hour ago but the app wouldn't let me, so she said she couldn't cut my son's hair. Second time i Literally came 3 hours more early this time, tried checking with the app again and was unavailable. Went in person just to be denied again. This is ridiculous, I work all week, Sundays are the only days I "get off" early and other salons are closed. My son has to go to school like that till I have to wait till the weekend again only to be denied again. Upsetting as hell.

My boyfriend went in for a haircut, he has hair that’s a little curly and he came in with a photo from just a few months ago and wanted about an inch cut off and the sides trimmed up. Even with the photo and him showing her the length she managed to cut 2-3 inches EXTRA off all the way to the top of his forehead and cut off all of his curls where he’s basically at a almost buzz cut army hairstyle. These hairdressers are a joke if you can’t look at a photo with curls that are at bangs length and cut everything off without first asking if that’s the correct amount. Either train your hairdressers or don’t let this behind a chair because this is unacceptable

Obviously running a. Poor business.plan.On the front door it says walk right inBut it appears you need an appointment.What Blue collar working class manakes an appointment for a barber cut. There was.3 ladies here when I started waiting. Looks like 1 left and the other is cleaning the bathroom. Guess they weren't interested in making any money. Typical Moses lake work ethics.

My child went in for a hair cut. She had a photo for the hair cut she wanted however, the person cutting her hair did not follow the photo. Her hair cut came out completely different than the photo. She was asked by they person cutting her hair if she wanted it a little shorter but the person cut it way shorter. My daughter was too nervous and a little upset to say anything about it. At first she felt like she looked like a boy and was upset about that. She is now liking it a bit more. The tech did not follow the picture or listen and was not clear and it did not feel like she listened to my child. She did not talk to my child so she felt like the tech was not that friendly. I do not like to leave bad reviews however they need to listen to people and make sure the people feel like the place is inviting. Will not use this place again.Service: Haircut

Super disappointed. I seen that you can't check in online anymore so I called to make an appointment the lady flat out said NO, she could have been a little nicer and said they changed their policy. The check in was supper convenient, no one is going to wait 120 minutes to see if they can get in, I think they are going to lose a lot of people. To bad they do great at cutting hair.
