Lack of proper training is likely responsible for bad service. We stopped in this region's town and had a series of experiences with this place before we went to our brilliant colleagues before we went south to Whitman. Chase Bank here along with GRANCO did not matched the quality of work of this location. I would not recommend Chase Bank.

Went in to open an account. Nobody in the bank except the employees. The lady behind the desk told the teller that we would have to make an appointment for next week because she was too busy. Worst customer service ever.

We had a very challenging time with the local branch, largely due to customer service, in closing an estate account, which resulted in the closing taking over 2 years to close, bringing the legal documents (in person) for delivery 2 times as well as mailing, lots of runaround due to staff turnover, multiple appointments (in person) for myself to bring documents, my grandfather (who has a difficult time traveling and it is an hour commute), along with my aunt, all when other banks we have worked with through this process have made these closings quick and painless and the entire process about a month in most cases. It wasn’t until the new manager came on, who made a point to help us, that we were even able to try to get started with the entire process all over again and able to close the account in a timely process. While I’m still not sure how I feel about the entire thing, we are extremely grateful to Theresa for all her efforts to help my family with this process. Thank you.

I have been to the Mose Lk bank 3 time and been helped once. I drive almost a hundred miles round trip and no consideration is given to my time or number of times I must return. It costs me over a hundred dollars to make the trip (time/miles). What happened to customer service???? I get more done over the phone with the Arlington branch where the account originates as a joint account with my mother. There is an effort made to help at that branch.

If you are planning on cashing your EIP here, beware. I have never in my life been treated with such disrespect and lack of customer support and service. Was told miss information, when correcting the teller/and banker was told I was incorrect. When I was in fact correct, they chose to use disrespect as a form of customer service rather than accept fault and move forward with a new customer looking to deposit $7k into a savings. Was frankly told to “take my money elsewhere.” Go support other local branches with employees who care and don’t judge based on appearances. (My husband is a tattoo artist at CC and typically VERY well respected) Absolutely appalled and disgusted with our encounter here. BEWARE.

You literally cannot get through to anyone... they don’t answer and the message directs you to an 800 number where you need to wait on hold for 15+ minutes... only to be told that I need to speak with someone at the local branch to solve the issue. Hmmmmmmmm.....
