“Took a huge rock from a passing truck on HWY 17 today. It broke my windshield pretty badly. Al's Glass Service not only had the part in stock, they happily got my car in for a replacement SAME DAY. It took the crew 2.5 hours to replace and they left my car cleaner than it was when they received it. I'm so pleased, I would leave ten stars if I could! Their pricing was the Icing on the cake... affordable and lowest in the area with lifetime warranty. ✨️Services: Window installation”

“I chipped my windshield on a back road last weekend and was going to repair it myself till the heat started a 3 inch crack going above it. I called around and was going to have someone from Kennewick drive out to do it till I looked some more and found Novus! I had contacted 4 places and Novus was the cheapest and quickest to have an opening. The gal on the phone was so nice & accommodating! They take cash, check, or card and came to my apartment to fix the chip/crack. The guy repairing it did a great job and seemed to finish up quite quickly. I would DEFINITELY recommend this business to anyone in need of a repair or replacement.Service: Windscreen repair”

“Originally I contacted another local service and got no response. I went online and was able to schedule same day service for three rock chips. I was doubtful they would make it here to Moses Lake since the main office is in Pasco. I received an email immediately giving me a time estimate. Then the driver called about an hour later from Ephrata stating about the time he would arrive. Asked that I get the sun and heat off the windshield. I also received a text on his arrival. I put up a pop up canopy and covered the area in front of my vehicle and placed a fan to help cool it down before Paul (the service tech) arrived. He checked the three chips, said no problem and set his equipment up. The windshield was still too warm, so he cooled it some more with an aerosol glass cleaner and then was able to do the job. Kudos to Paul for enduring the heat of the day and doing the job. I’m happy with the service and with the finished job.Service: Windscreen repair”
