I rented a unit at this facility for almost 10 years. I loved it for many many reasons but one of the main reasons was the security features such as the barrel style locks, the security cameras on each building that actually work and monitor 24/7/365, and the coded gate. The access hours were sometimes a pain in the butt but were also a nice feature over all. Throughout the years I rented from them they worked with me several times to catch up on payments and always contacted me before moving forward with a lien process! One year I was having a particularly difficult time financially and it was Christmas time and all my Christmas stuff was in my unit but I was locked out due to payment, and I explained my situation and told them I just wanted to get my Christmas stuff out to put up for my kids who were also feeling the pain of our situation, the lady was kind enough to grant me a single gate entry and allowed me to get our Christmas stuff out for the kids! Granted I had already been renting from them for many years at that point but it was the compassion and consideration she had for my family that really warmed the heart. They treat you with respect and compassion and are willing to help and work with you when you've been a customer for a long time. At one point I was even homeless in the winter and I had no where to go and would stay in my unit at night and leave first thing when the gate opened in the morning. They had to have known because my car would be in front of my unit all night for several weeks, but again they never gave me any grief or treated me poorly. I never caused any problems nor had any problems with anyone while renting a unit from them. I have recommended them to everyone I've known looking for a storage unit. I would gladly return to their business if I ever return to the area but they certainly set a whole new standard for me in what to look for and expect from not only a storage facility but also the people who own and operate a storage facility! You will not be disappointed with your decision to rent from this company!!

Love my unit here! Feels secure because of several reasons, one being right next to state patrol building, coded gate with personally chosen code, security cameras on each building that actually work as you can see on the TV in the management office, and barrel locks on the bay doors so no snipping of locks for access. Also the gate is timed and only allows entry during certain times. The only downside I have is that after 10 days of a late payment the gate won't open for you until paid up. After 8 consecutive years of business with this storage facility it would be really nice if they allowed a month before locking you out. But the lady in the office is incredibly sweet and understanding and has always been able and willing to work with me any time my storage was seriously delinquent and allowed me to make payments in order to catch up. Won't take my stuff anywhere else in Moses lake, by far the best and most secure storage I've used in the area. And the price is still the same as the day I moved in 8 years ago, even though they have raised the prices for vacant units they have never raised mine that I can remember. The only way to make these any better is the option or access to power for light and heat after dark in the winter or a light inside each unit. Otherwise great secure place to place your belongings. If it's important enough to store its important enough to secure.

Great place to store things clean functional and secure my stuff is safe there. Really awsome people running the place my storage keys were in my truck when my truck got stolen. They were so awsome about replacing them. That k you guys.
