Clean and secure facility with on site manager. Electronic gate with keypad to gain access. Open seven days a week but only until 7pm thus the four star review.

Affordable storage right down the street from my house, can't get too much better than that. Only complaint is the main gate is secured via a coded padlock, I feel there are better options for facility security than that available, but there have only been a few minor incidents were I felt better gate security would have prevented them, or having cameras monitoring the site as well.

Worst experience of my life!! I moved from out of town and needed to pack my WHOLE LIFE into my storage unit. I was skeptical about the location and the lack of upkeep on the facility (photos online are NOT the actual units) but I was ASURED AND REASSURED by the owner that my things would be protected because there are cameras and a "night shift" security.(This was literally the ONLY unit in the area available at the time). In December of 2019 I stopped by the GATED storage unit (fence is atleast 6 feet tall with a lock that requires a combo). My unit was located on the outer most part of the facility(able to be seen from the road) in the middle of multiple units in the same row.(NONE of which were broken into, the fence wasn't breached and no one knew about my unit). I noticed that my lock was cut off. When I opened the unit, 99% of the once fully packed unit was gone. Things that were stolen included a love seat&couch, jewelry box,large wooden chest and OVER 15 totes. In one of these totes CLEARLY MARKED "family photos" it included family photo,yearbook, and home video from my childhood(why would someone take this?). Clearing out my unit would have taken MULTIPLE people and a moving truck OR multiple trips in&out of the Unit. I called Dave while my husband called the police. Over the next few weeks phone conversation and the one time meet up with Dave his story changed multiple times. This made me extremely uncomfortable. Many details can not fit in this review but to put it simply I DO NOT RECOMMEND A SAFE STOR AT ALL! WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! *I was never late on my payments. Contact me if you want more details!
