Still haven't received my deposit. Was locked out even though I had paid early. billing system caused errors with my bank. Placement of keypads requires you to get out of your car. Keypad to exit is falling over. Clean facility but everything else was just too much to deal with.

I have been trying to get my gate code to work for three days!!! Only reason not a 1 star is that the unit and facility itself is very nice.

Clean and new storage rooms! The owners are very prompt and friendly.

Shortly after posting a review about my problem I was having with my storage, the owner pulled up and took care of the situation immediately. Right on! You don't see that kind of customer service anymore! The only issue was me being impatient! Lol! Thank you!
