Complete idiot named Brian or Ryan working here. Bought powerball tickets for tonight (Monday) and instead he sold me tickets for Wednesday game, when I specifically asked for tonight’s game. Called him and he said he was new then hung up when I asked for a manager to call me. Completely rude and unprofessional. How hard can it be to work at a gas station where any idiot can work. He should have stayed in school and learned what a calendar is. I will never step foot in this business again. He should be fired and whoever hired him should be fired also. This employee is an insult to the Shell corporation. If I wanted Wednesdays game I would have asked for it. DUH! Hope he’s happy when he’s collecting unemployment due to his incompetence at the easiest job in the world. WHAT A JOKE. WOULD GIVE 0 Stars but not an option. How many other people did he do this to today?

I often come here to refuel my tandem bicycle. Did you know that a Shell location is optimal for hiding from people that work at a Trader Joe's? Apparently they aren't allowed inside the building after some territorial war back in '83.

Great clean and friendly,but main reason to visit is the hand cut hand made fried chicken,as far as I'm concerned it is the best fried chicken in Washington state and worth the drive!
