Doctor called in 2 Rx around 2:30 PM. After reading reviews, I called in before heading over (also because I’m a new client and wanted to make sure I brought in what was needed). Phone was answered on the second ring and I was transferred to a Tech for directions on what to bring. Arrived at 5:30. Two people were waiting. Four staff were working processing Rx’s. I filled out the New Client form and handed over my medical ID card. About a 20-minute wait (two other clients came in after me to pick up Rx that were already filled). Very good experience. Staff were working hard and friendly.

It takes a very long time to get your prescriptions filled. I called on a Friday morning to see if they were ready, I was told yes and drove to Morton on Saturday to find out that no, not ready and one prescription still had to be ordered. I know they are the only pharmacy around, but come on. It’s absolutely ridiculous. This has happened to my family over and over again.

Why don't you answer your phone? Why do you have a phone? To communicate with your customers that might be checking to see if a prescription/s have been filled prior to driving into town from Packwood or Randle. Pull up your boot straps and provide some real customer service.

This is the worst pharmacy ever forgetting prescriptions filled. A prescription was called in for me yesterday before noon. I went to pick it up yesterday afternoon only to be told that it would be ready after 4:30. I live 45 minutes away so I said I'd be back today. When I arrived today and it still wa sn't ready. I waited close to an hour. I got fed up with them and cancelled my order. . I'll get it filledsomewhere else. Out of the 4 or 5 times I've dealt with this store I've had trouble getting my prescriptions. This was the last time I'll have anything called into them again.

The people at the pharmacy do their best to keep up with the volume of prescription medications they fill. They are the only pharmacy serving many small communities in this area. I am glad they are here. Otherwise drive far away. My time is much cheaper than gas.

The customer service is the worst I have experienced in 60 years. They won't fill a prescription, refill or from a doctor, until the customer asks for it to be filled. 8 out of 10 times you call the pharmacy to have your prescription filled, it rings but no one in the pharmacy will answer the call. They will say your prescription will be ready at a time, but 99.9% of the time it is hours later.I have had to deal with them for over 5 years and it hasn't changed.I live 5 minutes from coltons, but will be transferring my prescriptions to Kirk's in Eatonville.Sandy - if another pharmacy opens in the area, you will lose your business. Fix your customer service.

New location. Smaller store but the service seems to be getting better. They are kind of slow at filling prescriptions so if you are in a hurry go to Walgreens

Perceptions often take over a week to be filled. You'll be told it'll be started on Wednesday just to find they haven't even looked at it by Friday. Some medications need to be taken daily!

In defense of the business, I will say that the gentleman pharmacist is very professional, extremely knowledgeable about medications. He is very friendly and offers excellent advise on your meds. He always takes the time to kindly advise on do's and don't . I really appreciate that. Never happens at big chain pharmacies.. Otherwise, no stars.

I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. Waiting 8 hours for medication is absolutely unacceptable. I could have driven an hour and a half to Puyallup, filled my prescriptions, and been home in half the time. If another pharmacy would open in Morton, they would be out of business. ???

Always friendly store and pharmacy staff. Clean store and layout is easy to find what you need.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever encountered. No one answers the phones you have to call over and over again. Systems are always down as well. They say prescriptions will be filled at a certain time and you go there they haven’t even been processed and you will sit there waiting for atleast 2 hours. If not told to come back another day. This happens literally every time I go there for a prescription. I ask myself why I am so stupid for going through with them again when I should just drive the extra time to Walgreens in Chehalis. I see many responses from Colton’s to all their terrible reviews but where is the explanation for your repeatedly horrible service? Who is running this show? Does anyone know how to run a business or move faster then a sloth? This is the only pharmacy in east Lewis county which is probably the only reason they remain in business. I’d love to see actual change and not just a “sorry for your experience” whoever is in charge needs to have someone else take over their position.

Showed up to get my prescription after a car accident and was told to come back at 3:50pm, which i did and the pharmacy told me they were closed and locked the door and rudely told me to come back Monday. Absolutely terrible and rude people here.
