“I started using Van Cleve Ford back in 1990 for fleet repairs and troubleshooting. Their service department was the reason I abandoned buying Chevrolet and Dodge trucks for our business and went with Fords whenever possible. The other local chevy and dodge dealerships always seemed to find just one more thing to add to repairs, or charge more than quoted. That never happened at Van Cleve, and several times they came in under the quote. 34 years later I'm still trusting them for honesty and quality work.”

“What a great staff! I had a problem and called 5 times takedown to multiple people who were all so nice and spoke to me like a a person. Took my battery in for testing and was greeted by a wonderful person who explained everything and helped me get a new one. Will only use this store from now on instead of my local store who is awful”
