As a long-time client of Streamline Automotive, I cannot recommend them highly enough! My experience has consistently been exceptional, and I would like to give special recognition to Jackie for her outstanding service.
As a single woman with limited automotive knowledge—my expertise extends only to filling up the gas tank—I often feel apprehensive about visiting new repair shops. However, Streamline Automotive has always made me feel at ease. Their team treats me and my truck with the utmost respect and care, ensuring that I understand the services being provided.
Even if you don’t reside in Monroe, I assure you that the drive to Streamline Automotive is well worth it! Their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction set them apart in the industry.

Found this shop this year after being very frustrated with a few other places. They are wonderful to work with as I have a long list of things on my wishlist to take care of. Al and Jackie have been great working with me as I budget and schedule what’s left on my list. Fair, dependable and honest. It hasn’t been easy for me to find a shop. So glad I found them!

I took my 2016 Hyundai for repair (fuel pressure replacement) after spend iver $2200 my still driving the same issue as before it had been in the shop.?????

I brought my car in for a 50,000-mile maintenance, and I'm delighted with the outcome and the cost! The facility was well-kept, the staff was highly professional, and I received an excellent deal. They went the extra mile by replacing two bulbs in my headlights, and the charges were far more reasonable than what I would have paid at the dealership. Great prices. Great customer service. Ive recommended multiple friends, family members, coworkers, doesnt matter. I recommend everyone go to this shop, as a former dealership mechanic myself ive found that they do good honest work, hard to find these days. They dont charge an arm and a leg, and they arent out to gouge peoples pocket books. Seriously go to this place if you want quality work, and quality customer service for a fair price. They put an engine in my mitsubishi eclipse before i sold it and they did a fantastic job. Huge kudos to Al and the other mechanics there. Jackie, the front desk lady has always been quick to respond to my messages and phone calls. I love this place. Go here folks for unbeatable service and pricing.

I went to Streamline to have shocks installed on my Lexus RX450H vehicle.I was assured they were ordered from Lexus for my model. After having the job done I needed a repair that only Lexus Service could do. They found that the shocks Streamline installed were after market and not authentic Lexus parts as I requested. Additionally the left rear shock was installed backward not having a rock guard toward the back of the car if rocks fly up! The guys came in the waiting room and said "I'll turn it around for you but that guard doesn't make one damn bit of difference" I said "please just turn shock the way the other is in properly" I was also told by Lexus these could easily fail in a short time because they are not air shocks that are proper for this model year RX450H 2010. Very unsatisfied customer after reading good reviews for this company prior to calling them.

So helpful and friendly. We had to stop during our road trip for an emergency fix, and the mechanics immediately took a look at our vehicle, found the problem, and fixed it then and there. Only took about 20 minutes. Highly recommend this shop!
