I want to give a special thank you to Denise who helped me with a difficult situation with my storage unit, she is courteous and professional. I left the office feeling good about a seemingly difficult situation with which Denise handled with calm and ease!Thank you Denise for being kind and making my day better!!!

Honestly had a great experience here at Storage Court. We were able to get the unit we had quickly and very easily online through their application process. Facility was secure and never had any safety concerns. Facility is clean and well maintained as well. Prices are also reasonable too. Their online portal for making payments was user friendly and made it simple to set up automatic payments which was really nice. Staff was friendly as well and we never had any issues when interacting with the team here. If we didn’t have to move across state we would probably be long term customers with them. I highly recommend the Storage Court to anyone needing a place to store their belongings for sure.

When my father in law passed away in 2017 we had to empty his house. Storage Court made getting a storage unit quick, seamless and affordable. Recently we downsized to a smaller unit and again they made it quick and easy. There was an issue with my proof of insurance and they were patient and worked with us until it was all straightened out.

Really clean and tidy place, never anything in the lanes or hallways which I appreciate greatly. My unit was right next to a door and there was never any problem with water or moisture of any sort! The only annoyance that I ran into was how far back the number pad was to get in. I’m sure that’s no easy fix but worth mentioning I think.

Moved to Monroe 1.5 years ago, this was hands down the rudest employee Ive encountered her: upon signing up for a unit, dome scarily disheveled boy told me I “needed to smile” the next time I came in—excuse me, no, I do NOT need to smile. That’s absolutely not a requirement. Secondly, I reserved a 26’ parking spot for an RV I suddenly inherited, which I knew was 26’, but when I got there (Storage Court) this same RUDE boy got out his measuring tape, measured the RV front to back bumper, and then he YELLED at me for lying, saying it was indeed NOT a 26’ RV. So, I quickly sold the dang thing in the next few days—TELL ME WHY WHEN IM SELLING IT, IN THE DOOR I NOTICE THERES A STICKER THAT SAYS “26’ LONG”..I don’t know, this boy was by far the worst “professional” I’ve had to deal with in all my time here in Monroe. Congrats.

Storage Court in Monroe,Wa is the place you want to rent from. From the awesome staff to the super clean storage units you can’t go wrong. The prices are great as well. Easy access with carts to use to load your boxes on so you don’t have to carry from your car to the unit and they have supplies too.

I see that a lot of people have had positive experiences with this company but unfortunately I am not one of them. I went on Friday to talk about getting an outdoor parking spot. I talk with the manager and he tells me they have a spot opening up but I can't rent it until the current person clears out fully. I can come back on Monday to fill out the payment information and they can hold the spot for 3 days. I agree give them my information and leave. Come back on Monday to pay and am told that the space was sold over the weekend and they have no more available in that size. To top it off I also mentioned on Friday that I don't have the trailer yet as I was planning on purchasing it later that week after I had a spot for it. I was told that it was fine so long as I didn't park it there until I showed them documentation. Fast forward to today Monday where a different sales person tells me it is impossible to purchase a spot until I show them a title and proof of insurance. Overall I feel like I was lied to and my time was wasted.Edit:I decided to find storage at another facility but to there credit they did offer me a larger space that they had available at a same cost of the other unit. So I will change my original 1 star review to a 3.

This facility is clean, secure, and well run. We dropped in on April 21st in the afternoon and the front desk clerk was polite and friendly. I was visiting with my sister, who has a storage unit there, and I was very impressed. Everything is tidy and clean. Not a weed in sight! I highly recommend this storage facility.

This facility is very well kept and very safe. The staff has been more than kind and accommodating to us while we were renting here and would easily rent again if the need presented itself. Management specifically is really easy to work with! 10/10 would recommend

I have rented here for several years and want to say while my unit is clean and office folks are very helpful, you currently have a major problem with your boiler(s) for the climate control units during this freezing weather. My climate controlled unit has been currently 36 degrees for past 4 days when it is supposed to be around 50 degrees. Stopped in office twice to talk to them and they kept saying that they will check and restart boilers... but it is not working. Said handyman won’t be out til Wed. Feel like this problem is being slow walked - you need to have a repair guy on call for this type of failure. There were problems with the boilers and pumps last year and it took 2 weeks during below freezing weather to get it fixed while my unit sat at 36 degrees again.I feel the company needs to be more responsive in an immediate way to this type of failure.Update 12-22-22: Day 16 of no heat in climate controlled unit:There still is no heat. Unit is a balmy 32 degrees in my “climate controlled unit”. No ETA as to when the part will arrive or when it will be fixed. This does not affect just my unit- it affects every single unit in this building.
