I had a room and generally no problems. until i moved out. i paid my last bill on the 1st and moved out by the 3rd. When I called to follow up about the prorated return. They said it's their policy to not return any prorated rent. If you don't pay, they lock your stuff in, if you do pay they keep your money. Find a place that will take care of you with an equitable and fair policy.

I've had storage units at different facilities but storage court is better by far. It's clean, safe, & reasonably priced. Definitely recommend them!

It was a dream working with the staff at the storage court annex location! Facility was always clean, the accessibility is very good with multiple doors to bring items in and out of the complex. The cost was very reasonable, the 8x10 unit help a substantial amount of stuff.When I have to use a storage facility again I will hangs down come back to see them.

I have used Storage Court of Monroe for the past 4 years. I have upgraded my units to bigger ones several times over the years. The employees have always been so helpful. The place is clean and my stuff was always safe. The price is fair. I highly recommended them for your storage needs.

I've used this storage facility on and off for over two years. They are AMAZING. Denise is wonderful! She is very professional, and provides great customer service. The facility itself is super clean, really easy to access your unit. The rates are extremely reasonable, in fact, they are the least expensive compared to other facilities in the area. I recommend this place to anyone needing a short or long term storage solution!

This place is a joke. The manager seems drunk and tells lies! My mother's credit card was charged 9 days after I paid the month's rent. But the charges didn't add up correctly. I was told 3 different stories about why the card was charged. The crazy thing is that my mother is not a part of my storage u nit and neither is her credit card. The manager said my mom called her and made the payments. That's lie #1. Then she said my mother refused the refund money. That's lie #2. Lie #3 is that nothing can be done and we are S.O.L. Well there is things that can be done and they are being done! So save yourself the headache and find storage someplace else where the manager isn't drunk!!!!!!

The facility is secured, clean, and climate controlled. Storage unit prices are quite reasonable. The staff is very helpful and hours of access are until 10pm which is optimal if you work weird hours like I do.

Rented a unit for about 2 months while we were transitioning to a new house. Renting was a very easy process and the lady who runs it was very personable, helpful and informative. The facility itself is the cleanest storage business I've ever been in and very secure!!! Would recommend to everyone looking for safe, secure and peace of mind storage.

I had a very good experience at Storage Court Annex of Monroe Wa. The staff was very good to me and I had no worries about the safety of my things. The value was very good. Highly recommended them.
