I've had issues with my on/off switch and the auxiliary battery operating properly. The team in the service area, specifically Greg the Service Manager Alyssa, my Service Advisor, as well as Ellie, a Salesperson who was kind enough to share her time with me while my Jeep was being repaired . I was so impressed with the friendliness and care everyone took in making what would be considered a frustrating time, turned out to be a very enjoyable experience!!A professional staff with certainly a focus on customer care and achieving customer satisfaction! Highly recommend this dealer due to the quality people and seamless transaction!We had a great experience with Rairdon's of Monroe. The salesman Mike H., was awesome to work with, and partnered with us to make sure we got the car and the deal we wanted. He also took the time to educate me and my family on every feature in the SUV and the little details most people overlook. if the quality weren't enough of a reason to be have a great experience, it was all completed within 3 hours! We have been trying for 5 months to get the paint fixed on our Jeep. We went to the dealership on June 30th of this year and spoke to Ryan Powell the service manager. There is a technical service bulletin from Chrysler acknowledging that there is an issue with the paint bubbling and the paint will be fixed at no cost to the customer. Ryan and a service tech looked at the paint and agreed that there were issues and the fix is covered by Chrysler. He recommended a body shop in Kirkland because they do quite a bit of this work for Rairdon's and know the process to get it done. July 20th I sent an email to Ryan and the body shop asking for an update because we still had not heard from the body to bring it in. It was difficult to get it scheduled to be looked at, I had to email Ryan and the person from the body shop a few times to get a date and time set up. We took the Jeep to the recommended body shop on July 28th, he looked at it and said that yes there were a few areas that needed to be addressed. Ryan Powell, service manager emailed the body shop and copied I called Ryan two weeks ago, he didn't remember me, and tells me that they are no longer working with customers on this issue, five months after we started this!! He said he would sent the guy from the body shop a text to have him get ahold of him to get this done. Still nothing from anyone!! Don't expect good service or communication from Rairdon's, you will be disappointed. I have read other reviews and completely understand why others are not happy. I don't normally post anything like this but I'm tired of being lied to and getting the run around from Ryan Powelll

I took work off and travelled all the way out the Monroe to make it to my early appointment. I made an appointment and when I showed up they "didn't have the parts." That's why I made an appointments dumbass(s). Everyone I talked with blamed it one the next guy and they had me wait in the lobby for three hours before telling me they don't have any availability today. The most imcompitent group of people I've ever dealt with probably. I'd like to burn the whole place to the ground.

Generally, I had a good experience purchasing a 2017 Ford Escape from them. I was annoyed that the post on car gurus claimed no accidents, when in fact there was a small end fender bender bc an obvious part was missing near the headlight. Not sure if Rairdon's wrote it or not.Further annoyance came when they would not budge on the price at all. After taxes and fees the purchase came to $15.8k and I asked for an even $15k. The salesperson went to check with management and came back with a FAT NO! I thought the value of the car was still good, so I got the car anyway. The process was relatively easy. I tried to use a credit card for the downpayment until I accessed my funds from my savings account and that was a No-Go as well. The salesman gassed and washed the car for me with his own hands bc the department had already closed.

Called and explained my problem and was told to come in at 3:30 pm later in the week. When I arrived the service advisor couldn't have been more annoyed and tried to get me to leave as "they do t like to do diagnosing that late in the day." After a few minute battle the manager said just to do it. They diagnosed the problem and quoted me $1300 to repair it. After digging around online I saw how simple the repair was, I bought the part for $90 and literally took out 3 screws, changed the part and screwed the new one in. Problem is now 100% fixed. No doubt in my mind that they were trying to get rid of me and/or extort me. Any mechanic who diagnosed the problem would know how easy the repair is, so $1300 is insanity

We bought our 2020 Ram from here and paid for extended warranty. After being transferred around and given numbers to figure out the warranty info, I finally had to call the manager get things straight. The number, you call for service, goes to another officeI. The woman there was so rude and unhelpful. I took the truck in several times for mold on the carpets (from the very beginning of our purchase). They could never get it to happen while they had the truck?! Still having to pay the for all my appointments, they eventually found it. They'd previous owners had taped up the vents in the back. When I came to pick up the truck I received a bill for nearly $3k. Not sure why that's my problem. They had also told us they'd scratched the truck and would repair it at their cost but didn't. The manager said he'd call me back after he checked into things but I had to pay the full bill that day. Guess what? No call back. No follow up. So disappointing but since they haven't updated their info on here since 2015.... I guess I should have checked here first before buying. We bought there because they had the Ram truck I wanted and that's the only reason.

Update- I had the truck looked at by a private mechanic and verified that the repairs were actually completed. So, it looks like Rairden's followed through on what they said they would do, it was just an absolute pain in the ass to get them to do it.

Had talks to sales Person and sales manager for over a week. I gave them every detail they said everything was approved. They checked my credit score saying everything was good to . I drove over 1 hour get there they claim they had my file confused with some other file. Then ran my credit again saying they couldn't help me. Credit was fair. Get home to see my score dropped 28 points! So mad I honestly can't say how unorganized and bad this place was. Messing with peoples credit is bad! Place isn't even busy for this to happen.! So shameful to run business as such

Warning - the service department at Rairdon's of Monroe is terrible and the people working there are clueless! Go to Kirkland Rairdon's instead. Zero communication, no loaner cars, no reliable shuttle availability, horrible service, and the Service Manager working there named Mike Long is a joke and has zero customer service skills whatsoever, and is in way over his head with his position there. Don't waste your time and money here like I did.

Went today to see if I could purchase a vehicle here knowing my credit isn't the best I expected to be denied. Went in to see salesman Lee Vue and I must say he is awesome. No hassle to the point and does everything in his power to get you what you want. Being new to the state coming from Hawaii I have dealt with horrible, pushy salesman Lee definitely was not the stereotypical salesman. This by far was the best and fastest experience buying a car that I ever had. He got me what I wanted and about the price I wanted to pay so I left with the car and a happy man. Anyone need a car see my man Lee i recommend him to anyone out there.

I can't even give them a star period the absolute worste car buying experience I have ever had. So we bought a truck and not even 24 hours later the truck was having a shifting issue between first and second gear. I text the sales guy he said bring it in on Monday we will give it the detail it was promised and get the issue looked at and fixed. The detail was sub pair and the issue was not fixed. I was finally fed up with it and said I'll do the exchange for a different truck. So I really did not want my payment to change to much but with the rules of equal or greater value and it has to be in there inventory kinda screwed me over. The 2016 silverado was in the low 30's fine whatever had all the bells and whistles really nice truck minus a few issues that drove me nuts. I ended up going with a 2020 silverado which was more but less miles and my options for trucks were very few 3 to be exact. So I told the guy I wanted two keys I'm spending alot of money. The key tag said clearly 1 of 2 keys I wanted the second one. Texted the guy could not find it after me texting him not the other way around. Basically told me to go pound sand I get one key. Ok fine whatever I deal with it myself. Then I get my first payment in the mail and to my suprise it's more then whatbi signed for. I'm like why is this more? It's for the licensing fees. Ok why did you not call me maybe I would have just paid for the difference or could have known about it so I was not surprised. Lastly I got your plates are in notification and the experience continues they are not in at the store yet. I will never buy from them or bring them a single dollar of business ever. I will not tell anyone to buy from this place because personally I have had a bad experience to the point where nobody I care about should have it as well. I love the new truck just wish I bought it somewhere else.

I was in person at Rairdon to made an oil change appointment for my Durango, I was very clear with the agent, I mentioned that I want to be the first one for the day, so that I don't wanted to wait more than a half hour. She said to be today, at 8 a clock, for my oil change present, she said that I'll be the first one in line, no waiting. So today I was at 8 a clock present, and guess what? the oil change was done at 09:52. I asked them why was this happened? I was the first one. Let's review now other's people reviews. Not so good. It seems that there are big problems with their staff, who doesn't know to give respect, satisfaction when a customer is bringing their car for a simple oil change. Their staff needs a lot of training, a lot. This is not a good place to go if you have high blood pressure. Believe me, your blood pressure will skyrocket when you're treated this way. For the manager of this place, just an advice, treat your customers in a better way, and your business will get better. You can contact me if you want more details. Thank you
