I wouldn't of liked to leave this review but after going in today and asking for a simple trim with only scissors, this hispanic lady used shears and ruined my layers. leaving nothing but the shape of a mushroom and cut off some neck hairs... such a disappointing establishment to say the least. do not recommend.

My stylist was so good at giving me what I asked for and wasn't pushy about cutting it how she thought would look best. She was transparent about every step and gave me the ability to choose. All we did was a simple trim up but somehow she made the experience so memorable that I'll be travelling from Seattle to Monroe just to have her cut my hair. You'd think other salons could do this but I have had the worst luck finding a stylist like the woman I found.

I got a haircut from Nadia, and she really took her time and paid attention to the details of the cut. She was very friendly and the small talk did not feel forced or awkward. Although there is a definite language barrier at this salon for non-Spanish speaking folks there is an interpreter ( bilingual front desk C.S.R.)at this location to help with this issue. With this said I received one of the very best haircuts I've ever had in Monroe and they got me in the very next morning as I called prior to closing and will absolutely come here again!!!
