Ridiculous! My wife got discriminated. Thought that she's gonna steal her item that she put in a Safeway plastic bag because she couldn't have time looking for a small basket. The clerk followed her and told her she needs to pay for the bag first and took her items. This place needs some proper customer service seminar.

The young man working at the self check section was kind, and showed no attitude with getting me change for a $20 bill so I didn't have to put it all in the lottery ticket machine. Its uncommon these days to ask for such a thing and not get attitude these days. I appreciated him.

sometimes the seafood area hits you when you come in the front doors. Went in and told the guy that was preparing the hot food that I wanted 2 meals with 2 extra pieces of chicken strips. He says ok I can put them in a different bag because it comes only with 2 in a meal." I said, "That's ok, we can do that." Noticed he started giving me attitude and seemed like he refused to listen to customer wishes. I live a block down the rd. The chicken was hot and cold. You could also tell they cook too much, and then it sits too long. I would rather wait a minute or two for fresh than to have old food.

Always clean and the staff have been helpful anytime I needed it. My only frustration isn't unique to this store.. but rather the store chain. I don't care for the digital coupons required to get good deals sometimes.

Deli doesn’t make 8 piece mixed on mondays anymore. Fun that the app gives you a better deal on it than their Monday dark but you can’t buy it because they won’t make it on Monday. And as my wife doesn’t eat the dark meat, we can’t settle for that either.
