I Just Picked Up My Cforce 500 from Premier , Before I Paid LUKE Explained what was Dine to My Quad and Made sure I was Satisfied, so He made me test ride it Around The Block.. I was Very Satisfied and it drove like when I first Bought it..
Ir was Well Worth the Hour and 30 minute Drive from Enumclaw to Monroe. ..
If you want Something done right the First Time , Go see LUKE!!! Thank you so much I will Definitely start bringing all my Quads To Premier Polaris for any service and Maintenance Work!!!!

I live in Enumclaw I bought 5 Quads from there , when it come to any Repair I feel they are not Qualified to work on Quads!!! So After I got back my 800 it was completely bad on the insides and scratched up.. I Ask Luke from Premier his advice how to rebuild my clutch on my own since the Place in Enumclaw didn’t do it right.. with his Help I took it apart on my own and fixed it my self…
Luke seems very Knowledgeable and humble..
I gave The Atv dealership a second chance and told them my 500 steering is bad, they charged me over $550 and told me it was fixed.. I picked up my 500 and nothing was done Roght Again.. so I drove 1 hour and 30 minutes to Monroe so they can fix my Quad!! I will keep you Posted when I Pick it up!!!

Absolutely incredible experience. The service department is top notch. No up charges or shady “oh you may want to buy this or that” in fact they ended up down selling me telling me brakes weren’t necessary. He stayed in constant communication about scheduling my appointment, during the appt and the moment it was finished. I can’t say enough good things and will definitely be back! Huge shoutout to Polaris in Monroe. If you need your ATV or SxS serviced, bring it here.

I have an older RZR 900 that experienced engine / electrical problems last Feb in Arizona. I took it to 4 different Polaris repair shops around Phoenix none were able to diagnose or repair. Brought it back to Washington state thought it was a write off. Took it to Premier Polaris in Monroe to see if they wanted a parts rig. Luke, one of their Gold star techs, did some researched and found Polaris had stopped making some parts on that series 900 in early 2012, and switched to the new smaller parts they have today which weren’t compatible with the early parts, making parts installed by other dealers the incorrect ones. He found the correct parts and fixed the problems. The rig is running great now. Premium Polaris went above and beyond I highly recommend them.

Always love going there. Went there looking for either a PRO R 4 or an XP 1000 4. I purchased a 22 PRO XP. A couple years back and it was a great experience. (Which is why I'm back of course)
Very straightforward, will give you the time to make your decision, appreciative of your business and most importantly for me, the after sales support is top notch!
Competitive pricing, and will get you on your way with your new tool/toy in very short order.
They have a lifetime customer in me when it comes to Polaris. Take the time to make the trek to Monroe. You won't be disappointed.

We purchased a new side by side from Premier and couldn’t be more stoked. They have a great inventory to choose from. They made the process so easy and enjoyable with zero pressure. The owners took such great care of us and the techs did an awesome job with our upgrades. Very knowledgeable and gave us some great info about our machine. Couldn’t recommend this crew enough, they made us feel like family. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I was shopping for a side by side and the owner was helping me select one. At times the owner was very negative talking about features and different brands that they carried. I tried to negotiate price and they didn't budge on price. The owner was more concerned about watching YouTube videos at his desk than selling me a side by side. I was very motivated to buy one but the owner couldn't care less. I was not impressed with his customer service so I decided to go to a different dealer and purchase one. They lost my business and any future business based on my experience with them.

If you want some old school customer service and support, that's full of value, trusted recommendations, and respectful interactions, this is the place to go. Jedi Master Luke knows all the ins and outs of Polaris sleds and keeps mine running great, explaining any work and maintenance that is needed. These guys are great and an awesome resource for the Polaris community. I highly recommend giving them your business and supporting family run outfits like this.

DO NOT GET YOUR WORK DONE HERE. If you do make every change in writing. We canceled a huge part of our repair and they would not credit any of the labor off. Told us if we didn't pay they would lien our vehicle.

I have visited plenty of Polaris dealers and I can tell you that I am a big fan of this shop.
This is a GREAT family run business. Linda, Randy and their son treated me fairly and with the highest level of service.
The entire experience was seamless and smooth. This is the way all companies should conduct themselves with great work ethic, honest people, and responsive communication!

My husband recently bought a side-by-side here. The price was great and he felt really comfortable with all the staff, that's why we drove 3hrs to buy from them. He was already recommending them to everyone based on the customer service. But then a week after purchase, something went wrong and the whole attitude changed. The owners who were originally super nice became rude and made him feel uncomfortable asking for help. It came with a 1yr warranty but he was charged $500 and no one even called to tell him what was wrong or give an estimate prior. Really dissapointed because we thought we found somewhere that still had customer service and would want to continue to do business with. Great place to purchase if you're not worried about a warranty or any future help with your purchase.
