Went here yesterday 5/24/2024 late afternoon around 5:30PM. Two young caucasian males at the register. I was barely in the door before they asked if they can "help me" I told them I was just poking around. Of course getting the hint to get lost wasn't reaching them. Pointing me out to things that might be what I'm looking for. It was Monroe, don't see many people of color here so the stereotypes in their head are running rampant. No way could a customer be "just looking around" Made my purchase and left. For the last time. The competition is fierce for pet products so it's easy to find another place.

Nice selection of pet supplies and foods. Staff have always been very helpful anytime I have visited the store. They even carry the teeth cleaning gel that I was looking for that really helps prevent tartar buildup.

The associates are always so friendly and helpful here. There's been times when I've come in with my baby and struggle to load up all the pet food and they don't hesitate to help. Today, the person who helped me was so friendly- I was in a bad mood and the simple act of complimenting my jacket and asking me a few questions about it got me out of my head for a minute, and helped me feel capable of finishing my errands in a better mood :)

The gal (I didn’t catch her name I’m sorry) that helped me was the sweetest and most helpful. She held my brand new 6 week old German Shepherd puppy for me and even informed me of a bump she discovered on my puppy’s neck. Also their large dog food bags are cheaper than other local stores in Monroe! Very pleased with the service!

Excellent customer service! We walked in to find a brush to use for our Akita who is shedding 3 coats currently. They were all out of the regular brushs and only had 1 type to offer, it was pricey at about $50 but said it works and is worth the price. They went and found one behind the counter and my husband went to get our dog and bring him in to try it out and yes it was amazing. Took a lot of hair out vs the cheaper ones. SOLD!!! We bought the brush and only due to them actually taking the time to show us how great a product it really is. HIGHLY RECOMMEND going to this pet store for your pet needs!

These folks now recognize my partner and I as regulars. We come in quite often because we love the selection of grain free cat foods. We now have three cats and one of them is super picky. We've had her for a while. Pet pros have always been super helpful whenever it came to making new selections for our princess.

I love shopping at PetPros because you are in and out. Love the small size of the store yet they have everything I need. When I ask for something they know immediately where it is. So happy they are conveniently located.

Definitely will be going back often to this store! They carry quite a few things I order online . The associates were very friendly and helpful- Alix was full of great information for me for my puppy and Monica was amazing with clipping my puppies toenails! It's our new favorite store.
