The staff was ready for it to be 5:00, and so was I! I was picking up a part that my BF ordered on-line this morning and paid for. I understand the need to make sure I was picking up the right part, ordered from the right person, and paid for; but is it necessary to have to show my i.d. when I have the card he used to pay for it in hand? Idk, I appreciate the security, but sometimes it's a little much. And, in making sure I had my id, they lost a sale of engine oil I had asked for before he had to ask me for my i.d.. (which I had to go back outside in the rain/snow to the car to get my embarrassing i.d. - don't even get me started!!). The staff, while frustrated for their own reasons were helpful and the store was clean. The part had been ordered this morning and there were no problems picking it up. All in all, a good trip. ?

Thank you Napa for taking care of us in Monroe by far the best auto parts store in town. I've been a customer for 25 years and it's great to be helped by the same faces that were there 25 years ago you have the bolts and studs you have hydraulic hoses and if there's something you don't carry it'll be here tomorrow. Excellent customer service. It's always nice to go into a business, and you're greeted with a smile and a hello. I had called the night before to order a part, and they said they would have it in by 8 am. Called the next morning, my part was there, like they said.

Mo roe napa might not have every part when I need it but they can get it within reasonable time and can get it right the first time . No unnecessary parts don't fit return B/S. Keeping it simple so the competition looks stupid. Napa your friendly neighborhood competent auto parts store.
