"We cannot verify that you have ever been a client at our facility."
Yeah, you guys treated my sick cat, had no issues billing me for never ending testing, then i had to put her down because of the tumor you never found. Not only that the special diet food upsell every time.
So you may not be able to verify I never have been a client with you, but i can tell you I will NEVER be one again.
But hey, at least this isnt just a blank 1 star review anymore.

Highly recommend Kindness Animal Clinic.We have been so impressed with the care our fur babies have received.We lost our 17 year old kitty in December and they were so kind and made the process very welcoming.They have also taken great care of our 10 year old dog, and our new kitten addition.Highly recommend!!Gratefully the Ingrams

This vet does not give sedation before uthinizing your pet. We had never experienced any vet insist to not give sedation first. Had we known we would have gone somewhere else. I whole heartedly do not recommend this vet, as sedation before uthinizing is the ultimate compassion.Update, I don't know why your talking about Renton, yes we were a client of you.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Graver and team. I have a doxie and she has received great care here, since her first puppy visit. They explain costs, offer suggestions and all the staff has been nothing but warm and welcoming.

The only thing I don't like about this place is every single time I go in they try to sell me on flea prevention for my indoor cats. I am glad now that I am able to go in with my cats again! Was not a fan of the curbside sitting in my car waiting deal from COVID.

We’ve done one check up for our new little puppy, so not a lot of data but they have been great. Super quick to schedule an appointment. Very responsive for paperwork. Customer service has been excellent. I recommend!

I am traveling in the US from Canada and needed to get my dogs shots as his expired while we were here. While I appreciated that they could get me in (most were full) they make you get a "checkup" beforehand which basically consisted of the vet looking in his ears and trying to sell me on various additional medications. Ended up costing me over $300 Canadian. Edit...in response to the comment from the clinic, the exam was not free, I was charged $80 u.s. for it.

Kindness Animal Clinic has been our veterinarian since we moved to the area and I can't say enough about how kind they are. We have had 3 cats taken care by them and they have always been available on short notice for those emergency situations we all dread as owners of our beloved family owners. I cannot thank them enough for their compassion! I will always refer to them and continue using them when we get another pet!
