I do not recommend this salon. I would give 1 star but everyone has an off day. The stylist, Brenda, seemed to not be in the mood to be cutting hair that day? I was the only patron and it wasn't near closing time, so I am not sure what the issue was. The haircut itself took about 10-15 minutes on my medium length hair. I asked if she could refine it a little since there were still some longer pieces. 5 minutes later she said she was done. There was still unevenness but at that point I just wanted to get away. I wont be going back again so I can't say if this is typical. A high price point of about $65 (I don't recall exactly, but in that range) for a no wash, medium length cut that took less than 30 minutes. It did not look good and was still uneven.

I had a great facial with Julie !! She did such an amazing job. My face feels so rejuvenated and soft afterwards. I feel so relaxed. If you need a facial ask for Julie !! The spa was so clean and inviting. I will definitely be going back.

The worst experience I have ever had in 14 years of doing my hair. I first came in and asked for simple highlights, she didn’t lift it all the way and asked me to come in the next day because she knew she messed up. I gave her the benefit of the doubt, all though it still didn’t look like what I normally get done and I was over charged in my opinion. I then came In 3rd time and Brenda put low lights in my hair that I did not ask for and now have spots of darkness and orange pieces of hair. My hair looks absolutely horrible and now have to pay money to get it fixed. On top of all this I pointed out to Brenda several times that I felt my hair was not lifted all the way. This is so unfortunate and now my hair is yellow, brassy, and have random spots of dark hair color that I did not ask for. Hair is a complete mess now.

Had my first foil with Jodi today! She did a great job and was easy to talk to. She listened to what I wanted and showed me some photos based on what I said. I couldn't be happier.

I'm blonde. Actually really blonde. Love it. Thank you. We were in a hurry to fix our hair after a weekend hiccup with paint in our hair. Grayson salon changed her schedule around to get my husband in for a cut and color to hide the paint before a job interview. And she cleaned me up before I had a headshot photoshoot. I feel younger and more attractive. Thank you. Clean salon friendly people.

I went to the Snohomish county K9 Police silent auction and charity event and got myself a $200 gift certificate for “ hair or wax services”. Unfortunately the day I was scheduled my truck decided to throw some codes at me and I had issues, called and was super apologetic!The lady I spoke with was very nice and put me on for the next Friday which I took work off for because I was very excited. Today is Wednesday, two days before my appointment and I was called and told they won’t take me in anymore and told me to go somewhere else. Huge bummer.

I rarely treat myself with anything, and I had never gone to Indulge before, so I was nervous. Brenda is a very skilled and welcoming woman who is a pleasure to be around. She made me feel comfortable right away. At my initial appointment, we didn't get the color result I'd hoped for. She had another appointment, and I had to get to work. She told me to for sure call her if I wasn't satisfied, and she'd fix it. I had planned to take her up on that. She didn't wait for me to call her, she called later that day, got me in the next morning, and fixed the color. She had taken time out of her day to hunt down a color brand that would work, and wouldn't rest until we were both satisfied. I am thoroughly impressed with her skill, caring, and service. She is a great lady, very personable and sweet, and you can trust her to get it right! I highly recommend Brenda and Indulge Salon and Spa!Services: Haircut
