I had a pedicure. I get them all the time. I was excited to try this place out. I left with nail polish on my skin and nails. O left with sore legs as she o lying ran her thumbs done the sides of my shins. I woke up this morning with bruises on the sides of my shins from how hard she pushed. I have no intention of ever going back!Service: Pedicures

What a wonderful experience. I flew to WA to go snowboarding & after 5 days in the snow I hurt 2 fingers & couldn't go back boarding. So the day after, everyone went boarding, I stayed behind in Monroe and came across Golden Nail Spa. April took me and was so gentle with my fingers. after the manicure, she rubbed tiger balm on my hurt fingers and got so much circulation that I felt I went to a Dr. rather than getting a mani. I also got the best facial from her and the best face, neck, head and back massage. This lady is so good, i felt circulation in every part she touched without feeling any pain. The owner is also so friendly, the best loving, caring, positive person. I would highly recommend these ladies. Mahalo gorgeous ladies.

Been a client for several years. Feel totally safe during covid time. The therapeutic pedicure is so relaxing you may not be able to drive afterwards!!

Do not recommend , awesome customer service though ! But I asked for something pretty simple (just black tips and sparkles ) My nail polish was chunky , my polish wasn’t dry and my nails were uneven, and she still charged me 45 bucks ! They just simply looked like my 4 year did them ?I ended up paying 20 more dollars And going to blue ocean !

Saw this place before going into Safeway. Wow what a great spot to get your nails done. I got a pedi and they gave a great massage. The ladies here are so sweet and took there time. It is a clean establishment and they had nice music in the back round. I will return.

My daughter and I came here today without an appointment and Ivy fit us right in. She heard what we wanted and gave us exactly what we wanted. She was so kind and loving. We will definitely be going back there.

Went there 2 times 1st was ok they did cut my finger 2nd time I did a fill their colors are all chunky and dyed out the guy didn't wash his hands and the worst part is you can see the line of the old acrylic and there is dry spot and chips it's been one day I would not recomend them very dirty

I should have read the reviews BEFORE I went back here after a few years on NOT going here. I thought I'd give them another shot, since they are closer than going to Lynnwood. What a mistake!!! I should have avoided going in, when I saw a man without his shirt on, walking around the place and repeatedly going to get water from their water cooler (it looked disgusting). But, I went in anyway because I felt a bit sorry for them, because they had no one inside except two men, one giving a pedicure to the woman who started to help me. The woman convinced me to get the Shellac ($15 more) and promised me that it would match the color that I wanted. (It does NOT.) And, as other reviewers noted, the polish they have on the wall seems very old and not many shades to choose from. It has been over 8 hours since I was there today and after going through the painful experience, my cuticles are still throbbing! (I am going to soak my feet in peroxide and hope that I didn't get infected with anything.) As I pointed out after they were finished, my toe nails looked crooked. I had mentioned to her, when she was giving me the pedicure, that I wanted to make sure that they looked straight and that I was unhappy with how crooked my old pedicure looked. When all was said and done, they looked exactly the same! After pointing it out, she informed me that they did it the way my nail grows. And, when I tried to tell her that it should be done to at least give the impression that the nail is growing straight, instead of continuing the crooked look, she just got mouthy. I told them I will fix it at home and made a mental note that they are NOT any better than they were a few years ago, when I stopped going there. Well, now I know why they were empty today! Hopefully, I am not this stupid AGAIN. Oh, and did I mention that the Shellac that was upsold to me is already peeling? (The clear polish on top is flaking off and the edges of my nails are rough. My husband, who isn't a fashionado, told me that my nails look sloopy - already and it hasn't even been a full day!!! That's 2 hours of my time and $50 that I will never get back.
