This is the second time I have attempted to come down to the shop at 1:15 p.m. this time, the middle of the day, and there is a sign on the door that says "Bathroom Break, back in 5 minutes or less". In and of itself not a huge deal, IF whomever enjoys these midday bathroom breaks would adhere to the public notice posted, stating "back in 5 minutes or less". A strive to be as efficient as possible throughout my day, being a small business owner really magnifies the importance of utilizing every hour of the day productively. The short time that I take for personal errands, such as simply grabbing a vape coil, I prefer a business that is reliable, and equally efficient and that will process my purchase swiftly and competently. I waited 12 minutes, watched about seven people come and go, and gave up myself and moved on to somewhere else. Not that it matters, but today I had planned on getting a device, some juice, likely would have spent $100 or more. Hopefully the owner of this establishment takes notice, because if I was potentially losing money due to extended bathroom breaks, I would probably try to seek more capable employees. Very frustrating, probably won't be coming back.

Just wanted to buy a vape I don't know all the terminology had a $100 to drop on it and the girl kept asking questions over and over again and it got weird so I left

Improvement to customer service. But now they're refusing to honor the rewards points. What's the point of offering a rewards program if we can't use the points towards what we usually buy anyways?

They apparently don't train their staff on how to use their eyes and look around the store or in their computer when asked if they have a product. They also tend to sell you the wrong product and then don't refund you for it an hour later because "it's been too long".

Great smoke shop! They have cheap prices on all items cigarettes ? are priced very good. All of the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable on all of the items in stock. This is in my opinion the best smoke shop in Monroe and my go to spot for any purchase. The only time I don't make a purchase here is when they are closed. Which is another great thing about this store they are open till 8pm 7 days a week which is very convenient, especially considering the majority of other smoke shops typically close earlier than that especially on Sundays.

Yesterday was my first time at this particular vape shop. I only smoke Juul although I decided to try some ELF bars. When I got home one of them continued to hit even after I stopped inhaling, no biggie a faulty vape is not their fault, but they closed not long after I left so I went in today to try to exchange it. This is where my frustration begins.Their policy is that disposables must be hit prior to leaving the store. The issue is this policy cannot be found anywhere. Posted in store? "No, someone threw the sign away." On the receipt? Nope. Told to you at checkout? "Well, we are supposed to, although one of the employees is new and they keep forgetting. Plus they don't know whether customers are regulars or not so..." WHERE CAN THE POLICY BE FOUND? "Written on a notebook in the back"... the only place is somewhere inaccessible to customers.I don't write bad reviews, I work in customer service, and I know that customers are NOT always right, but this is an instance where it's very reasonable for me to be upset. I would've taken a second upon leaving to insure it's working right had that been communicated verbally or in writing. Or today, a simple "i'll let the employee know to be more diligent about telling customers and we'll get a sign up! lets exchange it and you'll know for next time" would've been a perfect way to solve this.The only reason I am giving it two stars is because the shop was clean, and the employee helping me last night was very nice. I understand making newbie mistakes; it's the lack of notice in its entirety that peeves me.

called to ask for recommendation on a vape mod, was met with a gentleman who was snarky and interrupting on every word i had, the only reason this store gets a 4 star review was (what sounded like, not trying to assume) a nice lady who was very respectful and helping, exactly what good customer service is, the gentleman could learn a whole heck of a lot from her, though i did not catch either of their names the lady i talked to is the only reason this review was this high.

DON'T GO to GOGO! Bought an electric pen here less than a week ago that broke. The lady working the register was HIGH, (she pulled out cannabis in the store while working) couldn't remember anything and she didn't give me a receipt and asked for the receipt for the exchange. I used to frequent here but there are other smoke shops in Monroe.
