My experience with medical staff and the care I received was wonderful (5-stars), but their billing department has been an absolute nightmare to work with. They have added about $1,300 to my personal bill beyond my insurance's out-of-pocket max ($900 of which showed up 5 months after the surgery), but cannot coherently tell me what the charges are for. They continue to blame my insurance for these issues, but conveniently have no time to work with them or talk with me. Their billing department is absolutely impossible to reach day-of, which has made it really hard to coordinate between my insurance and their billing department. Six months after my emergency surgery, I am still trying to sort out my bill and no one is giving me clear answers. If you have the option to go elsewhere, I recommend it. They seem money hungry, but haven't found the funds to make sure they are charging customers the right amount. My bill seems destined for collections even though I have done everything I know how to do beyond paying money that I do not owe. They have my number and I have asked for help, but no one is calling. At this point, this all just seems like a convenient business model for bullying busy people out of money they shouldn't owe.

10.5.23 Night Shift: Troy House Sup & ED staff Sarah RN, and Isabelle ED Tech are amazing. I was lit a bit about an issue and they just listened/empathized. Hands down some great human beings. Sarah was my bf’s RN and she was fantastic.

I live in Texas now and healthcare here is abysmal. Andrew Thurman is the absolute best doctor I have had in my 48 years. He is a great doctor and even better man. I will be flying to Seattle quarterly to see my PCP. Hard to top when you had the best for 6 years then have to look elsewhere.

This place has the worst standard of care. If I could give a less than 1 star I would. My daughter has been waiting, in emergency, for greater than 3 hours, many people seen before her and we are still waiting. This is not the first time. If I thought it would be better I would leave . At this point we are location committed. Not next time though.

Wish I could give 0 stars. On hold for an hour with billing, then they end the call losing my place in line to be answered.Paying for an emergency room visit where they didnt even figure out what was going on and sent me home.I’d recommend risking whatever and going to the nearest other hospital and skip all this mess. Front desk is a mess, billing is a mess and same to the doctors.

I stay in Lake stevens but the 911 once suggested me to try evergreen urgent care Monroe, as my nearby urgent cares had long waiting times. That was the best suggestion I got and received the best service. They are quick, excellent service. From the reception to the doctors, everyone is so polite , at least they understand the concept of urgency, and not like the other urgent cares, make you wait lifetime. I went there 6th time and now I am posting my review.

I’ve had four surgeries at EvergreenHealth Monroe over the years, the last being cataract this spring. In every instance, I received the best and kindest care from the moment I walked in until I left. The staff is professional and courteous. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Filed a claim with my health insurance provider and didn't respond to their inquiry. Now they're trying to send ME to collections for their mistake. My wife has been in to try and remedy the issue, but the front desk receptionists are absolutely clueless. Definitely don't go here unless you absolutely have to

Very disappointed in the experience we had in the ER with my four year old. Not confident in this hospital at all and its ability to treat children in life or death situations. The staff were visibly flustered and clearly had no clue what was going on. I even had staff apologize for them being so frazzled and how chaotic everything was.

Worst hospital in Snohomish county. I was charged over $7000 for an ultrasound and a prescription of pain meds due to a gut issue. MRI machine was out of order at the time as well.

Had a hip replacement surgery here this morning. Had an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff was very kind and caring and could not have made me more comfortable. Facility appeared to be very well run and organized and everything went smoothly. Bonus points that it's only 15 minutes from home! A big thank you to everyone that helped during my surgery!

Family has been here 2x in recent months. Excellent care and service provided from registration to nurses, doctors, imaging staff and ED Techs. Highly recommend!!

I was there for two hours because another facility pawned me off to them. Their staff was rude, condescending and inattentive to my mother and me during our short visit. Upon receiving their $900 bill 6 months later, I called the phone number listed ON THE BILL multiple times to discuss payment plan options but no one ever answered. I left 5+ voicemails in two weeks but no one ever called me back. They sent me to collections (Merchant's Credit, 425-643-2613) just a few weeks after sending me their first bill and now Merchant's Credit is aggressively hassling me non-stop. What a joke of a facility. PLEASE DON'T PUT PHONE NUMBERS THAT ARE OBSOLETE OR NEVER MONITORED ON YOUR BILLS. PLEASE DON'T SUGGEST THAT THERE ARE PAYMENT OPTIONS AVAILABLE IF THERE ARE NOT. Disgraceful at best and yes, Miles C.: "licensed crooks!" is right.
