A few weeks ago I had a very severe allergic reaction to the cinnamon scented pine cones that were inside the store. My throat was burning and constricting, and I had to cut my shopping short to get out of there. I reported it to the cashier who didn't really know what to do to help me. So later I called and spoke with a manager and let him know what happened, and asked if the cones could be outside where I could get past them with less impact to my health. He said he'd talk with the owners about it. When I arrived today the pine cones are outside! I feel supported and seen as a customer who wants to support a locally owned business, and I appreciate that. I shop here almost every week because I like this store and I now like it a little bit more!”
“I always have a generally difficult time sticking to getting just what I need. Today was no different. But I restrained myself and stuck to the essentials. Lots of newer crafts here but we are a smaller city. We don't even have a $+ section! Regardless, the store is plentiful in many things and there are simply some of the best "Wow! Never thought I'd see that here." Items. Tho, we may be small, we are weird! Hahahaha ? ? ? ?”
“We needed a part for a dishwasher and we were welcomed at the desk by a very helpful gentlemen who walked us back into the back there a parts guy was who I assume takes apart the dishwashers and has his own place he stores his parts from them and with one look at a picture we brought for reference he grabbed the part we needed right away and only cost us around 15 bucks and we were on our way. The staff is super knowledgeable and very kind and helpful. They made our dishwasher headache a breeze when it came to fixing it back up. I give this place 5 stars over and over again!! Love it.”
