I asked for a ombré with some leaves nails and coffin shaped nails and I wanted them longer, they also cut my cuticle even after I said ow and I started bleeding they kept on going and the lady who did my nails wanted to see if my top coat was dry so she touched it and smeared my nail and didn’t fix it, and the top coat doesn’t even go over the whole nail so when they finished it was not at all what I expected some of my nails are lopsided and I had many people work on me and they weren’t paying any attention to what they were doing I am never coming here again. Never been so disappointed in my nailsServices: Acrylic nails

They're always awesome to accommodate and do not make customers wait for super long times. They always have a smile on their face and are super happy ? I always love going there and not be disappointed!

-Long review but definitely worth the read!!!I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting Couture Nail Salon in Monroe for a pedicure service with shellac polish. To say that I was unhappy with my visit would be an understatement. From the moment I sat down, it was clear that something was terribly wrong. The lady who attended to me was visibly sick and clearly not feeling well. Her nose was dripping with snot, and she had a persistent cough. What made matters worse was that she made no effort to cover her mouth when coughing, exposing everyone around her to her germs. It was unsettling to witness someone so contagious and unwell being allowed to work in such close proximity to customers. She also continuously had to get up and take breaks to eat cough drops, blow her nose and have coughing fits causing my appointment to take twice as long with no regard for my time.To make matters even more disappointing, the nail technician completely disregarded my requests. I specifically asked for my toenails to be cut just a tiny bit due to my tendency to develop ingrown toenails. However, when I glanced down, I was horrified to see that my nails had been cut down to the nail bed. Not only were they painfully short, but the shape was completely uneven and diagonal. It was evident that no care or attention had been given to achieving the square shape I had worked hard to maintain over several months. As if the disastrous nail trimming wasn't enough, the application of the shellac polish was equally abysmal. It looked as though a toddler had painted my nails. The polish extended beyond the borders of my toenails, smearing onto my cuticles. I have never seen such a sloppy and amateurish paint job in my life. At that moment, I knew there was no salvaging the appointment, and I honestly didn't want to endure any more of the experience. To add insult to injury, the appointment took over an hour just for basic cuticle work and polish. I politely informed the technician that I couldn't stay for the remainder of the appointment and that I would need to leave after the polish had cured. I want to emphasize that I did not receive the full pedicure service, including the wax, towels, massage, and scrub. It was only the botched cuticle work and embarrassingly bad polish.Despite this, the lady had the audacity to charge me $50 for just the polish and cuticle work. I expressed my dissatisfaction and explained that I shouldn't be charged for the entire service when I didn't receive everything promised. However, the manager sided with the technician, insisting that she had still spent time on my nails. I tried to convey the magnitude of my disappointment, but the employees showed no sympathy whatsoever. After some negotiation, I reluctantly agreed to pay $24, but even that felt unjust given the circumstances. The technician's illness, the excruciating pain caused by my excessively short nails, and the fact that my polish was beyond embarrassing all warranted a full refund in my opinion. The manager's attitude throughout the ordeal was demeaning and disrespectful, further adding to my distress.Feeling astonished by the lack of customer service, I left the salon, only to realize the true extent of the damage on my nails during the drive home. I couldn't help but feel that I shouldn't have paid anything for such an awful experience. In an attempt to address the situation more calmly, I called the salon after leaving and requested to speak with the manager once again, hoping for a refund. To my dismay, she hung up on me. I called back, but they promptly hung up as soon as they recognized my voice. In conclusion, I strongly advise against visiting Couture Nail Salon. The disrespectful treatment of customers, the unethical practice of forcing sick employees to work, and the atrocious nail work that causes pain and suffering are all reasons to avoid this establishment. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by seeking a more professional

Usually love coming here but today unfortunately was different. I got a gel manicure and after she painted my nails there was polish all over my fingers around the outside and the top coat she used was extremely stringy and almost dark? Does not look how it normally does. Still tipped the girl and she was friendly. I’ll come back again but hoping this doesn’t happen again.

Not what it used to be. The last dip nails I had applied, they didn't even apply a top coat. I had to do it myself when I got home. It was very odd. Between that and the new solution they use to soak off old nails, I won't be back. The solution took much longer to work and left a horrible coating all over my hands that did not wash off. It had to wear off. It was just so strange.

I'm so sad that I don't live close because this would be my regular salon if I did! Both times I came in this week they were very friendly, great atmosphere, they double checked with me that I knew the price of the service before they started. Everyone was friendly and my nails and toes look amazing! Get the organic luxury Pedi, it's worth it!Services: Dip powder

I don't like the way I get rushed to find the right colors or designs for my nails. The staff is good but needs to be more friendly and don't forget the things that you asked for.The place is comfortable and clean and their work is good.

Yikes.I don’t get my nails done frequently, maybe five times a year or less. This was by far the worst mani pedi I’ve ever had. The paint wasn’t applied well, so thick on my toes they literally never dried so they just shlopped off. The top coat on my finger nails was applied so weirdly (not at the edge, just a blob in the center) and the manicurist was annoyed (and let me know it over and over again) I picked a dark color with short nails since it was too hard to apply..too expensive for such a bad experience.Services: Manicure

Let me start out by saying that all the staff are friendly! I get pedicures and manicures. I do the dip and Rose does a phenomenal job!!! I've seen the other ladies work and they are great as well. My Mummy enjoyed coming here as well. She had dementia and they were always so kind and attentive to her. That speaks volumes!!!
