Good location but sometimes I wonder if everyone has their permit or license to do just a pedicure. At my last appointment for a simple pedicure, nobody but the person in charge could understand or speak to me in English. This normally won't matter, but the lady working on me was cutting into the skin on both my big toes, hurting me! This has not happened before, but now I'm really hoping to not get an infection or something. Different workers give you better massages on your lower legs and feet, some not very good. I always tip the person doing my pedicure 20%, which is $7, unless the service is better. Then I'll tip $10. The charge for the basic pedicures that I always get is $35.

these are by far the most ugly nails I have ever gotten I ask for a simple hibiscus and walk out of the salon with half of a lily because apparently my supper long nail were too small. also there is some very ugly brush makes on my moms nails and her design also looks terrible, if your looking for designs, I strongly suggest not to go here it.

By far the Best place around! They do the best job! They are polite professional and they don’t rush. True art with nails and real relaxation takes time and they get it! I won’t go any where else.
Requested style: Show them a pic and nails turn out just like the picture
Cleanliness: Nice and tidy
Stylist: Ann, Eva, Rose

Horrible for a wax, left the door wide open after I decided to end the service I asked for early due to a horrible job and unsanitary. Discontinued to proceed in getting the other services I wanted.

I came in to get an acrylic fill and they left the gel completely uncured. It fell off within 2 days. After telling them this, they said they could refund me $22 for the gel polish. A gel manicure is $40. Awful service I won't ever be coming here again.

I asked for a ombré with some leaves nails and coffin shaped nails and I wanted them longer, they also cut my cuticle even after I said ow and I started bleeding they kept on going and the lady who did my nails wanted to see if my top coat was dry so she touched it and smeared my nail and didn’t fix it, and the top coat doesn’t even go over the whole nail so when they finished it was not at all what I expected some of my nails are lopsided and I had many people work on me and they weren’t paying any attention to what they were doing I am never coming here again. Never been so disappointed in my nailsServices: Acrylic nails

I got quite a few things done here a couple times, it is true, it is a hit or miss, and depending who your nail tech is, they really don't care. I requested a few things, and after their response, I now know why there was a reason this place was dead. I gave this place a try, no I cannot recommend this place, and I will not be returning.

These are literally the worst Nails I have ever had! I've got Chrome powder stuck to my cuticles, my thumbnail is filed going off to the right. I have streaks from the Polish, bumps all over my nails. I paid $84 and I am so unhappy. Definitely do not recommend and I definitely will not be going back.

-Long review but definitely worth the read!!!I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting Couture Nail Salon in Monroe for a pedicure service with shellac polish. To say that I was unhappy with my visit would be an understatement. From the moment I sat down, it was clear that something was terribly wrong. The lady who attended to me was visibly sick and clearly not feeling well. Her nose was dripping with snot, and she had a persistent cough. What made matters worse was that she made no effort to cover her mouth when coughing, exposing everyone around her to her germs. It was unsettling to witness someone so contagious and unwell being allowed to work in such close proximity to customers. She also continuously had to get up and take breaks to eat cough drops, blow her nose and have coughing fits causing my appointment to take twice as long with no regard for my time.To make matters even more disappointing, the nail technician completely disregarded my requests. I specifically asked for my toenails to be cut just a tiny bit due to my tendency to develop ingrown toenails. However, when I glanced down, I was horrified to see that my nails had been cut down to the nail bed. Not only were they painfully short, but the shape was completely uneven and diagonal. It was evident that no care or attention had been given to achieving the square shape I had worked hard to maintain over several months. As if the disastrous nail trimming wasn't enough, the application of the shellac polish was equally abysmal. It looked as though a toddler had painted my nails. The polish extended beyond the borders of my toenails, smearing onto my cuticles. I have never seen such a sloppy and amateurish paint job in my life. At that moment, I knew there was no salvaging the appointment, and I honestly didn't want to endure any more of the experience. To add insult to injury, the appointment took over an hour just for basic cuticle work and polish. I politely informed the technician that I couldn't stay for the remainder of the appointment and that I would need to leave after the polish had cured. I want to emphasize that I did not receive the full pedicure service, including the wax, towels, massage, and scrub. It was only the botched cuticle work and embarrassingly bad polish.Despite this, the lady had the audacity to charge me $50 for just the polish and cuticle work. I expressed my dissatisfaction and explained that I shouldn't be charged for the entire service when I didn't receive everything promised. However, the manager sided with the technician, insisting that she had still spent time on my nails. I tried to convey the magnitude of my disappointment, but the employees showed no sympathy whatsoever. After some negotiation, I reluctantly agreed to pay $24, but even that felt unjust given the circumstances. The technician's illness, the excruciating pain caused by my excessively short nails, and the fact that my polish was beyond embarrassing all warranted a full refund in my opinion. The manager's attitude throughout the ordeal was demeaning and disrespectful, further adding to my distress.Feeling astonished by the lack of customer service, I left the salon, only to realize the true extent of the damage on my nails during the drive home. I couldn't help but feel that I shouldn't have paid anything for such an awful experience. In an attempt to address the situation more calmly, I called the salon after leaving and requested to speak with the manager once again, hoping for a refund. To my dismay, she hung up on me. I called back, but they promptly hung up as soon as they recognized my voice. In conclusion, I strongly advise against visiting Couture Nail Salon. The disrespectful treatment of customers, the unethical practice of forcing sick employees to work, and the atrocious nail work that causes pain and suffering are all reasons to avoid this establishment. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by seeking a more professional
