Used to love this store, it’s got a ton of great inventory but now there’s no one to sell it. We tried going 4 times over this summer and each time there only a couple people to check and no one to help in the store. Today we waited for 20 minutes for someone to open the fitting rooms and finally gave up. Others said they wandered for longer trying to get someone to help with locked items. So frustrating.

This store has a whole team of very awkward people to try and interact with. Lots of young people and customer service training would be helpful. I dont recall anyone ever offering to help me with anything. The clothing area is REALLY crowded. Clearance is messy and difficult to get through. The back of the store near the road is really messy and unorganized. I usually leave feeling somewhat frustrated with my experience.

It's a very nice place to be shopping they are very courteous and are very nice and enjoyable to talk to you and I hope you find what you're looking for thank you this is what we needed in Monroe

Cheaper than my local co-op i make a pit stop every trip to costco! I save between $4-6 per feed bag! Makes the gas worth the drive!

What a wonderful experience, talking to customer service representative Lily today!
I had several questions involving pricing and Lily was more than helpful, walking the length of the store.... several times to assist me!
I have come to enjoy my visits to Monroe Coastal, just for the friendly conversations at times... as much as the products!
Whether going in to get a gun for my wife, a couple weeks ago? Or buying the odd little item you need for a home improvement project, coastal monroe has the best crew...
And selection!

These people work very hard with a small crew, and busy hours and still manage to keep the place looking "country" nice. They've certainly earned a loyal customer!

First time visiting a Coastal Farm store. It was an interesting mix of products with a friendly staff and very clean, well organized store. Highly recommend for your next rainy day adventure! How fun are these blue boots that I tried on?! :)

This place has everything my garden needs. Never going back to a hardware store or the wall. The soil selection here is by far the best in town. High quality brands like happy frog by fox farms.
