It wasn't bad? I took my Dodge 2500 through the automated wash, which was nice. I had some spots left over at the end. Thought I got vacuuming included, but no one was at the end of the wash to let me know how that worked. Next time I will ask at the beginning.

This place is amazing!!! I had just gotten my car went through the car wash the next day, found out my rims were red!! I just recently purchased the 10.00 extra a month the graphene package, let me tell you if you love your car like I do, it’s a game charger!!

Don’t go here if your car really needs to be clean. Two workers were supposed to wipe my car down on the way in. One of them barely wiped my rearview mirror and walked away. The front and back of my car was filthy after going through the whole car wash. Waste of time and money. ?.

I'm a passenger since I don't drive but my sister loves going to this place we go at least a few times a month. Her car always gets clean and the staff are always friendly. Great results for the money.

I have used it several times, but lately been it is getting worse and worse. Today was horrible. The entire back of my car didn't get washed at all. Front windshield didn't get clean and back sides were still dirty. Disappointing

Good quality wash in Monroe. I like the convenience of having your license plate saved so you can quickly pass the ticket booth.

Started of on a good note but service has gone done considerably over the past 18 months. I had vipers broken twice even while tape and instead of taking ownership or even showing business courtesy, i got a non-profession/your-fault response (note: the vehicle has no modifications). Secondly, i had my membership frozen while on international travel and upon return the commitments were not met and rates were bumped. Hoping the management team takes business and customers seriously as it's sad to see a close-by business go down.

I was just denied a car wash, I was immediately yelled at by some lady about my truck. She had yelled “ HAS THIS TRUCK BEEN HERE BEFORE” I said no, what’s the issue? My truck fits the heigh requirement, she said well you have a lift gate. I said ok, it’s fully intact and secured. She said it’s at your own risk, i said ok?! She then yelled back “ we have “microfiber” brushes and it’s not good for our car wash. I had to calm the situation down, like so what’s the issue? She said, Let me call my manager. I’m waiting in line after I paid my car wash and she came back while on the phone saying “ EXACTLY THATS WHAT I TOLD HIM” I was confused, I assumed the risk and she didn’t let my truck through. I was eventually refunded but I’ve been taking my Brand new Taho and my wife’s car (she has monthly wash) since they opened up. Felt threatened as soon as I drove up. I didn’t know this was an “exclusive” car wash. Mind you I just drove 15 miles one way because my local car wash was closed. I don’t even want a response from the owner because I’ve met you before on multiple occasions. The lady wearing a “grandma” necklace told me, “some car fell off the tracks just a minute ago and I’m mad”. How is that my fault ? Will not be returning, we have family in Marysville and GLINT car wash is amazing, even has tire brushes. Gave two stars because before this interaction I’ve had fantastic service and enjoyed the complimentary vacuums. I have had nothing but good experiences prior to to this interaction.

Great place, friendly staff. Love the vacuum space with trash cans and wipes for the inside of your car. I would suggest changing the way wipes are dispensed because they get stuck.

Great wash! No water spots or missed areas on my ride. Get there early if its sunny because the line builds up pretty fast! Get the monthly pass...worth it

We have had a membership for a while now, and love being able to swing through as much as we want (unlimited!!) while running errands in Monroe or on our way out of town. The staff is incredibly nice, efficient, and always seem happy to see you (and they remember you). I love that the gate just opens and we can roll on through. Plus, free vacuums. We used to wash our own car at home so this feels like a little luxury that is absolutely worth it.

This is a Great car wash. They have "complimentary" vacuums that are free for paying customers. They have the same for dash wipes. My car came out very clean, they are friendly and professional.
