First off I am disgusted at the way I was treated and looked down apon.this is the second time I have been there,and I thought the first time I was treated like that was just them maybe having a bad day.just because someone looks a certain way and has tattoos etc does not give them the rite to treat me the way they did.i am low income and don't have a lot of money to just throw away for nothing.the first time I took my puppy there,I was told he had a ear infection and that cuz he was the breed of dog he was I would probably be dealing with this most of his life,ok I accept that .now when his meds ran out I asked could i pay for more ear medicine cuz it kept the infection down quite a bit.she said. I would have to pay another 80 dollar visit so he could be seen ,we already know what is wrong with him u did a ear swab and put it in your machine and that being is y u told me he would have this problem most of his life.anyway so I didn't bring him in ,skip to a year and a half later.i call them and say his ears are really bad and can I bring him in to have his ears cleaned really good.they said pay a deposit of 80 an we will see u in a hour.i bring him in and the dr looked in one ear for bout 10 seconds,and said yup same thing as before I'll put a order in for some medicine,and have a good day......first off we both know what is wrong with him, second i brought him in for a ear cleaning.when i realized she was not going to do that i politely asked so will the deposit I gave u pay for his medicine,and she looked at me like the same way she had treated me both times in there ,like I was some kind of drug addict,,low life trash.yes I have long hair and tattoos.and her response was no u will have to buy these online and there expensive.so I just paid 80 dollars so u could write him a prescription for something we already knew he had.knowing that I im low income.i just don't believe anyone should be treated this way ever.

This is the kind of vet that makes my dogs want to go see their friends there the kind staff who work there get all the loves from both my dogs.

I always love going to Cascade they have treated us so kindly with multiple dogs that we have had. I did want to point out an exceptional, above and beyond, experience I had with a vet tech and I’m so sorry I don’t remember their name. I broke my foot and the vet tech helped me get my dog out of my car and take her inside for a vaccine. Not only did she help me but she also made my dog feel loved and special that my normally very skiddish and clingy dog went with the vet tech just fine! Thank you for treating my dog like she was your own!

Amazing veterinarian!! We just moved to this area and cascade animal clinic was referred to us by our daughter. Our senior lab was having diarrhea problems and they got us in same day. Dr Schutz (sp?) was fantastic. He took time answering all of my questions and was very focused on Moxie. I didn’t feel rushed and the cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend cascade animal clinic for your pets

always a wonderful experience at this vet. lola has seen a few vets now at this clinic and every one of them has been so kind and helpful, especially with helping figure out lola’s strange medical issues.

Everyone that works here is amazing. They are all so kind and welcoming every time we go in. I love that they tell you what everything will cost before they do any work, and ask if that works for you. They are good about putting things off that aren't urgent if money becomes tight. They have been with us through the good and the sad and we wouldn't take our furry family members anywhere else.

5 stars!!! Overall, we had a great experience at Cascade Animal Clinic!
We have a 2 year old Dutch Shepherd who is not people friendly. He was in need of getting his shots and unfortunately our previous vet denied us due to them considering him too aggressive. Our dog is selective but he does not lunge or bark at people so it was disappointing that our previous vet couldn't help us. Note: My husband is a good handler and has gone through hours and hours of training with well known trainers in the area; as well as every day training.
We found Cascade online and was able to schedule an appointment quickly. We shared that he is human reactive but Cascade was willing to help us. They let us know that they had a process in place to help dogs like ours. For the day of the appointment, they told us to text/call them when we arrive. We were very thankful.
On our appointment day, we called and they had a routine for us to walk our dog into the designated room keeping everyone safe. The doctor was calm and confident. She knew what she was doing, wasn't scared, and did not push our dog. My husband was also able to hold onto our dog which was great because many other places wouldn't allow this. The appointment was fast, they listened, did not make it a bad experience for our dog at all. We appreciated their patience, processes, and kindness.
For those who are looking for a vet that is professional and understanding of all dogs, this is the place to go. We will be back again and highly recommend!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
