I am camping with my family at Thunderbird Thousands Trails this weekend. My 33 year old son went into this establishment to purchase tobacco. The cashier refused to sell to him because my 11 year old granddaughter/his daughter was with him, the cashier then told my son only if she goes outside will he sell him tobacco. In a town she doesn't know filled with strangers, he wanted her to stand outside alone. I then went in, he refused to sell to me as well asking my granddaughter for identification. I have never felt so disrespected. Such an odd occurrence. I asked for the manager's contact information which he also denied giving us. Absolutely unbelievable. So bizarre.

rude employees and customers. i was asking for assistance and a customer in line said "theres people waiting" in which i responded "of course that's why it's called waiting in line" and the customer proceeded to insult me and left which later apparently made the employee made and started an argument with me and refused service. rude and unprofessional. seemed like it was the manager too. on top of being being insulted by a customer the employee there refused to give me service. which was absolutely out of hand. unprofessional in all levels. never going back to get disrespected again. this store does not deserve any customers with the way they treat people.

this a fucking joke i simply went to go buy beer now that I am 21 as of 17 days he even look at my I'd for more than a second then he said I'm not old enough and showed me a pictu saying they scan ids but he didn't even scan mine why is it that I can buy alcoho/beer every where else and they see I'm 21 and the one time I go to 7-eleven I get told I'm not 21 mans doesn't even know do his job

Poor customer experience. Clerks lie about stock that is clearly visible, don't care about posted prices not matching scanned prices, and speak very little english to troubleshoot issues.

Yeah every time I have bought something here I never get all my change back and I've talked with others about this and they say the exact same thing. I also have experienced my partner getting rushed out the store because he was trying to decide what he wanted to buy and the employee told him he has 5 mins.Tonight I had my partner go in to buy me a coke a cola and he accidentally bought me the wrong one and so my partner goes in to ask to exchange it for one that's not diet and the employee told him no. Not very happy with how this 7 eleven is becoming.. if things don't start to change, you will be losing a couple customers.

The nighttime worker makes people feel incredibly uncomfortable. He is not nice and he does not help when there are issues with the card reader. If you want to feel creeped out, stop by here to shop when he is working.

0 Stars.Absolutely disgusting. I've never seen anyone else do this shopping here or maybe I was singled out. I was told I had to leave unless I leave my backpack at the door... really?? Absolutely not! I'm not leaving a $100 backpack with undisclosed valuables by the door where strangers are standing, not even shopping, so I can buy a $2 coffee.If you can't trust me, I can't trust you. You lost me. Sorry.Please do the community a favor and go out of business. Let's get a real mom & pop shop from the community in here!

This place has horrible customer service, won't let paying customers use their restrooms in dire needs, and were extremely rude to us. I very much do not recommend going here.

I hate this 7/11 i stop here everyday on my way home from work to load money on my card and the guy on the night shift guy is so worthless to customers that he literally locks the door when he seen me pull up so he could clean he knows why im there i do the same thing every morning but he tries to not help me by locking up the store to clean when i pull up its just stupid and he refuses to open untill he is done I've never seen any other 7/11 have to lock up to clean its monroe not south central its not like he cant help people why he cleans the store!

Not everyone knows the local and state laws regarding bags costing 8 cents. I am visiting here and it did not occur to me. After charging my purchase I asked for a bag and the person said it would be 8 cents. I did not have any coins and would have gladly paid and I now know it could have been charged to the main purchase. Either way 7-11 basically sucks.

Everytime I go to the 7-Eleven they won't cook a pizza for me and today was no different the reason he wouldn't cook it today was because he was wiping down the store counters

When it yesterday with our son to get Slurpies, he had his graffiti refill cup and spoon that his grandfather got him two days prior. The floors was gross and sticky, and when we got to the register the gentleman tried to charge us again for the cup, (mind you he watched us walk in and even stood by us as we was at the slurpie machine),we explained that it was bought two days ago with his grandfather, (the guy at the register couldn't speak any English), after several time of telling him, No it had already been payed for, then he tried to charge for just the straw, again we explained no we had it when we walked in. After several times of explained these things he finally asked it if it was a refill.

Absolutely disgusting and they tried to overcharge!! The floors were SO STICKY my shoes had to be cleaned after leaving and the guy behind the counter tried to charge $8 for two iced coffees (the ones out of their machine). I love 711 iced coffee because it’s CHEAP. Cheap as in less than $5 for two x-large coffees. Not $8. When I tried to tell him the price was wrong he acted like he couldn’t understand and shooed us toward the door.
