They kept my mail for 4 months, including medications. They told me I had no mail. Then an employee shows up with a large container filled with my mail & medications and left it on my front porch. By then bills were going to collections and many other fines I had to pay.

Fast, convenient, lots of parking. There's gift cards and greeting cards available for sale inside during business hours only. Lobby open even after hours. Missing 1 star because entry area stinks, there's a homeless person leaving trash outside the USPS.

My packages are delivered on time but one of the employee at the front desk is not doing her job well. Every time I came in she always gives me that attitude cuz she’s tired of how I always come in with a lot of packages but what should I do? That’s a post office. There’s no rules for customer not to bring in too many packages. She even switched the papers for my packages which they had different address.

Please, either label the building with USPS or trim the tree that is covering the street sign.01/31/24: Please post your hours online and update daily. I understand understaffing and limited hours but to not know what time I can mail a package until I’m at the physical post office has led to many unsuccessful and frustrating post office runs. I would like to support our local USPS.

they rarely deliver any packages if its larger than a letter :/I always have to go pick them up and it’s worse now that amazon barely delivers their own stuff on prime anymore. sometimes they aren’t even open at the registers cos understaffed.also always get past residence and other neighbors mail. say they cant do anything about people using our address even if they no longer live at the residence.

My packages have been getting delivered but the person in charge of putting them in my box keeps messing up and puts them in other boxes. I been receiving Mail for a completely different PoBox number or person that is not even listed on my family list. Have not received any mail for me or that has my Box info on. It’s becoming frustrating because one package was already Lost here as package showed delivered to front desk and another was found at a different location that was not inside my box but in someone else's Box!! I have multiple packages coming in for Christmas and I really need my packages to be placed in my Box not lost!! Can someone please get the workers attention and make sure they pay attention to what they are doing when placing packages in Right mailboxes!!!!! This is not the first time its been happening for over 1 month!! Someone was supposed to call me about this about 3 weeks ago as he took my info but Noone ever called me!!

Dropped off a package here and now they have lost it and nobody knows what happened to it. Try to call this place never an answer it just keeps ringing. The manager needs to step it up and locate my package. It has been weeks with no contact after making a complaint to the complaint line. Beware of this Post office. This location is a dishonest.

This is the worst place to try to mail stuff off or do anything … it always has a line wrapped around the postal office they only have one at minimum for staff and they come back 20 mins late from lunch . The out going mail boxes are always so packed you can’t drop anything off so it forces you to wait in their long lines it’s actually so ridiculous that USPS has not hired more people for this huge impact!!!

I had a package scheduled for delivery today and the courier labeled package as too big for mailbox. Went to office to see if courier had come back and person in office said couriers won’t come back until after 1-3pm. We went back when we got a notification saying the item was ready for pickup at Milton post office (4:19pm and they close at 5) we got there at 4:25 and the lady at the counter said she couldn’t find any package that had our name or address on there EVEN THOUGH THE COURIER SCANNED THE PACKAGE SAYING ITS AVAILABLE FOR PICKUP! The lady didnt offer us any kind of explanation or solution. She just took down our contact info and said she would call if or when it’s found.
