Horrible experience. I used the self wash. Was charged $30 for 17 minutes. Brush sucks. Next day, I had stains all over. Don't waste your time and money

Great place for what it is a cheap car wash place but the pressure on the pressure washer is abysmal when I went, any tough dirt or anything else took multiple passes to fully get clean

The car wash left the entire driver side of my car dirty and I didn’t rinse all the soap off. Such a waist of money.

Paid for the automated wash. It literally only did half the car. There was some mechanical arm that was just dribbling water on the passenger side. Complete waste of money.

never coming back here again they have cheaped out on there soap had some dirt on my truck that dish soap could wash and instead of washing it looks like i drove through some mud

I do not Recommend this place at all. This is the first time I’ve ever gone here and it will be the last!! It left my suv looking like it went through a mud bath instead of a car wash. On top of that, it left my vehicle absolutely drenched and there was puddles of dirt mixed with soap and water left on the hood ! I guess you could say the dryer doesn’t work at all ( it doesn’t work like it should is my point!) it’s rather disappointing. My rims are black in color after the car Wash my rims are half gray and half black so now I’ve got to go and clean them myself It’s just rather disappointing for $15. I expected better! I can do better at home with a bucket and a sponge And no extra paint protectant, orwax or any thing ! I will be requesting for my money back !! I will add some pictures so you can see what I mean. I already cleaned the outside of my vehicle so you can’t really see any dirt left on it but you’ll be able to see it at least on the rims and the windows. I hope this helps anybody looking at reviews wanting to go there to wash their vehicle. Sadly, my advice is don’t do it !!!

I spent 18 dollars on the top of the line car wash and the machine doesn’t reach all of the vehicle. The parts that it does reach are still dirty so now I’m out 18 dollars and I have to wash it myself ??

Give 0 stars if I could.. $18 for a 3 minute carwash that basically was a glorified rinse. The machine spent more time checking clearance than actual wash. Stay clear of this place. Nothing but a greedy scam. Lower pressure than a worn out touch less wash.

There was no way to dry the car on the hand car wash station. Attempted to see if it was just the station I was in, but no it was multiple areas. The instructions meantioned a drying wand but there were none to be found.

Worst car wash ever and $15 spent! My car is still dirty, my rims look worse and it didn’t even dry my car! I’ll never come here again…spend $9/$10 at brown bear instead!
