“I had a package that was supposed to be delivered UPS. I have a postal box at another location in Sumner. The tracking said it was delivered and it was unknown where it was delivered. After two days I went to the post office and Jennifer helped me! She was able to track it down and I got it same day!!! I was so impressed with how kind and professional she was!! She was very positive too continuously encouraging me and saying she would sole it.
Honestly I was impressed, given the amount of frustrating reviews I thought they deserved to be reviewed for the good experience I had. When I first walked in both reps were available and were absolutely pleasant and polite! Thank y’all so much!”
