“We stopped in to stock up on puppy ice cream and a few things as our youngest GSD wad turning 6, once the staff found out they gave us a complimentary bday ice cream on top of our purchase as well as some snack packs. I was actually quite amazed at the place as my other half usually does the pet store visits, lots of different products at reasonable prices. The alt food selection was great as well, multiple coolers with varying options. I now see why the Mrs. goes here. Added a pic of the birthday girl adventuring later that day.”
“The staff here are amazing. Another customer was harassing in the store and the staff quickly came to my aid and informed the customer that he is no longer welcome in the store. I'm glad to see Mud bay cares about the comfort and safety of their customers. If I could give them more stars I would.”
“I went to Mud Bay for the first time on 5-23-2024 located at 25649 104th Kent what a great experience.The employee Jamie G was fantastic!I originally went in to get turkey tendons for my kitties. A friend suggested it to help keep their teeth tarter-free.Ended up purchasing a great cat food called FUSSIE CAT FINE DINING the texture is called mousse, NULO FREESTYLE GRAIN FREE silky mousse style which my fur baby LOVES I was also excited to find a good raw diet called WILD COAST RAW FROZEN CAT FOOD it is farm-raised rabbit and pork.I prefer a raw diet for my cats but haven't found a truly good easy to use product so was excited to try this one.My fur kids loved all of Jamie's great suggestions and I was excited to find a new texture of canned cat food that my pinky girl LOVES !!!!!Thank you MUD BAY in Kent WE WILL BE BACK !!!!!”

“Amazing pet store/groomers. We have in the past purchased items for our frenchie from food to shampoos and etc. Today I was originally going to call to see if they can take a walk in nail trimming and inquire about grooming services for a later time (I was fed up and done with our past groomers ). Not only they took in my dog day of for nail trimming but also made accommodations to get him groomed as well! They were so kind and knowledgeable with every question I had, I’m very cautious with my Frenchie and they made me feel safe and told me what is recommended and best for my dog which I loved! They communicated with me how he was and what extactly was used during drop off and pickup , they helped me book again to even save more money. BIG shout out to Katie! She did amazing on my Frenchie skin/coat. His paws are so soft, he looked and felt so amazing. First time I’ve ever felt that he was truly properly cared for and the work they did was truly worth every coin I spent. They had a fizz tab and other items that I haven’t seen other groomers offer/have for services + the pricing for what you get is really amazing. My frenchie came out smiling! It made my day how professional and kind they were with my dog and how they were able to recommend what’s actual best for my dog and not just try to up sell me like my last groomers.Also to the other groomer with the purple hair, thank you so much for checking us in! They both definitely deserve an award for the amazing customer service.Absolutely if you want an elevated, knowledgeable and gentle groomer who’s actually open and have custom packages for your dog please book! They have online coupons and punchcards to help you save more money on future purchases/services. Online account is so easy to rebook your services.”
“My dog ran away. Thankfully he was found and taken to the humane society. The crew took good care of my dog. The only bad thing was, I had to pay money and fees for pet insurance. Honestly kinda suck that I was forced to pay money to get my own pet back, but at least he was safe and I got him back safely.”

“Very pleased with this location we've been visiting them for a while, and they've never let us down. They always manage to make my dog Apollo look like a brand-new dog and smell fantastic for days! I'm not sure if this is because of his breed, but my dog stinks! I trust these groomers exclusively. (I used to bring his dad in Bandit; he was a really vicious dog, but they managed to trim his hair quite nicely and didn't fuss over my dog biting them.) “My wife and I have been coming to this specific Mudbay for almost 2 years. When we first got our little corgi puppy this was our first spot to get help on what foods would be best for her growth. We met Jamie and she was so kind and helpful and knowledgeable. She helped us pick out the perfect system for our new family member. Soon we came back with more questions about how to help our other pets with their health conditions. And Jamie again was a friendly face with a ton of knowledge. We look forward to seeing her every time we come in. Thank you Jamie for helping our fur babies stay healthy and have the most nutritious foods. We appreciate you more than you know!”

“I want chickens! They have baby turkeys, too. Great store for garden needs. Plant selection is small, but the prices are very competitive. The only place I have been able to find bags of filbert shells, which I love to use for mulch.”

“My dog Mowgli absolutely loves going to daycare! He knows the route and can't wait to get out of the car. All of the staff are so kind to him and know all his little quirks. He comes home happy and content. I like that they have small groups, an outdoor area, and nap time. This made me feel really comfortable sending him. The customer service is great too. All my questions are answered and they are very responsive with booking. 10/10 would highly recommend.”

“I don’t know the name of my dog’s groomer but she did an amazing job!! My dog looked better than I expected and she was happy & relaxed when I picked her up so I know she was well taken care of. Their website said grooming starts at $85, i ended up paying $140 + tip (for reference, she’s a 60lb Labradoodle), so best prepare for that possibility. Price is a little steep but with the great work they did and that my dog had some matting, i’m not complaining. I’d definitely come back.”
“I got tired of hurting my back at home so I stopped by the Soggy Doggy a couple weeks ago to try out the self bathe option. The self wash set up is really great! The height is so comfortable and everything you need is right there. I decided to book some grooming visits, and Brittany gave both my cocker spaniel and my terrier mix absolutely lovely haircuts. They came home within a few hours clean, happy and adorable. Prices are very good for the quality of service, and check in and pick up were easy and quick. I will be back!”

She welcomed my dog into her business and handled her with care despite me telling her that my dog has been known to bite. I was able to get in the same day I called. I will be returning.”
“Nicole is an excellent dog trainer. I recommend getting your puppies trained by her. My sessions were weekly with homework to be done (because consistency is key). She addressed behaviors I was concerned with and always made herself accessible to us. Coco was always happy to see her friend with all the tasty treats.”
“We’ve been coming here since kids. It’s a landmark place for us who grew up in the area. It is right across from where the Midway Drive-In theater used to be. It was like a miniature zoo for us kids. I always shop here first without a second thought. That pet iguana they had as a mascot probably lived longer than some relatives…!”

“I love the variety of cat food they have for being such a small store. I found foods I hadn't seen anywhere else before. I would give 5 stars except as soon as I submitted my online order, I realized my coupon had disappeared. I immediately filled out a contact form and never heard back. The 10lb bag of food was $41, the coupon would have been nice. I will continue to shop here and would still recommend checking them out.”
