I had gone to another location with no help and the workers not listening when I said it was dead and couldn't be charged; told me to go to best buy since they had no inventory of phones i was looking for. But the next day I called this location to make sure they had inventory which they did. Though the phone I was looking for wasn't in stick, Dwyane, helped me pick and set up my new S23 FE. All in all great customer service and no need to keep repeating myself. I'd go back for questions and concerns. This location is hidden in the corner next to a Starbucks and a really good Thai place I was recommended. Thanks again Dwyane, love my new phone and case!”

I had some problems with AT&T that day and I walked into Alex’s store already in a bad mood. Alex was an absolute legend. “This is the best Metro by T-Mobile location I have been to.I was in the search of a new cell phone for my son. I found one at the Metro by T-Mobile dealer at Westfield Southcenter and was ready to finalize the transaction, until I saw charges for my $49 phone go to nearly $200. I understand there's a new line activation fee and prepayment of the first month's service, but when I saw a case and screen protector that I didn't ask for added to my total, I started asking questions. When they declined to remove the case and screen protector, I walked out.I found they weren't the only dealer that automatically adds unwanted accessories to a purchase, either.I called Metro by T-Mobile on Washington Ave. N, and to see if they had a particular device in stock, and they said they did. Having that "used car salesman" feeling with my experience at the mall, I was cautious at first. To my surprise, they were very friendly and honest! They told me about available cases and screen protectors, but it wasn't a requirement to purchase the device at the advertised price. I walked out with the phone we wanted in my hand, and they even gave my son a lollipop!I am so impressed with their honesty and transparency, I plan to revisit this store to switch my service to Metro by T-Mobile, even though I have no complaints with my current provider.This location deserves nothing less than 5 stars. Great service, honest, and an outstanding experience!”
