The staff is always stand offish, never friendly. Definitely will be changing banks within the week, and I've only had them less than a year

Unwilling to open a bank account because it was pas 3:30pm in the afternoon. Lazy individuals. I had accounts through Columbia bank for years. But will be closing my accounts that were transitioned to Umpqua.
