“I cannot explain just how AMAZING this store is. This is the ONLY place I buy anything reptile or mice/feeder related. Their prices are fair, they kill feeders humainly, and they have amazing customer service. I had a tarantula die from nematodes (totally random and not something easily detected so NOT the shops fault). They offered to replace it for free. Any other shop, they'd never do this. This is why I support this shop ONLY. THEYRE THE BEST!!!”

“Self service dog wash.$20 for a booth, additional $10 for another pup. They have the entire bath and blow dryer set up including hair brushes, towels, shampoo of different scents, face wash, ear and ear wash. The staff is so nice and helpful. They have a large kennel in visual so you can bath one pup at a time. And you don't have to worry about detailing the booth afterwards, they clean and change everything after you depart. They also offer $12 nail trims. It's on the North side but it's worth it. The water and blow dryer are perfect pressure to get them super clean and fluffy.”

“It's the only bird store i know in Spokane and they are very helpful. They helped me find a vet, helped me find food, supplements and toys for my Lovebird. I also board him there if I have to leave. They have been very good to us for the last 9 years. I highly recommend them.”
“We signed up for the training program and I would have to say it was a very great first day of training! The trainer we have is spectacular, especially for our stubborn puppy! So far would definitely recommend bringing your babies here for training. Week 1 of 18 weeks or training down!”

The local animal shelter associates were not in yet, and the store helped me get answers for questions I had on the cats. They then helped in the paperwork and picked out the best food for them.”
“I went into this store to buy some items for 4 parakeets I had given to me. I am a new bird owner, so I had many questions. The staff was knowledgeable and patient with me. I was also impressed by the selection of parakeet products, such as food, treats, toys, stands, and all kinds of other stuff. “I cannot thank SHS S&N clinic enough!!! Our big baby Otis (lab & pit mix) is 2 years old and we wanted to get him neutered. He does not do well around people, new places, other dogs, etc. And these ladies went about and beyond to help us get him neutered. After the first failed attempt and never making it past the outside waiting area, we purchased a muzzle that SHS recommended. We worked with him at home. Second attempt went very well and he is now neutered. The staff here are so kind and they thoroughly understand the anxiety that we went through with this procedure. Our "Oat the Boat" is now at home recovering. Thank you Spokane Human Society ❤️”

“Didn’t come to adopt a cat but was looking for a place to spend some time with some kitties! Called and asked if we could check out the cats and the gal on the phone said that they normally don’t do that for people not looking to adopt but since it was slow we could come in and pet the cats! All the cats seem to be very well taken care of, and the staff seems to put a lot of care into making sure they go to good homes. They also don’t separate bonded pairs which is the coolest thing ever :)”
