Didn’t come to adopt a cat but was looking for a place to spend some time with some kitties! Called and asked if we could check out the cats and the gal on the phone said that they normally don’t do that for people not looking to adopt but since it was slow we could come in and pet the cats! All the cats seem to be very well taken care of, and the staff seems to put a lot of care into making sure they go to good homes. They also don’t separate bonded pairs which is the coolest thing ever :)

We came in on a same day appointment without any solid plans and were just trying to see what kinds of friends were looking for their forever home. The staff greeted us warmly and genuinely, and were so passionate about the cats during the tour of fur friends. I could immediately tell that these are dedicated and well informed people. They both knew a lot of details about all of the individual animals and their personalities, health records, and their temperaments towards other animals and lifestyle needs. My partner and I almost instantly fell in love with a sweet young boy named Doodle Bug and felt he would make a great addition to our home. We spent a good amount of time with him and solidified our bond with him. We sent in the adoption request after just an hour or so. The process did take some time to go through but it was absolutely worth the wait. He’s been with us for just a couple of days and he has acclimated to our home perfectly. He’s already claimed his spot on the couch, and found his favorite sunning window.Overall this was an amazing experience, from start to finish. Huge thank you to the staff , yall are doing an amazing job over there and I fully recommend to anyone that is looking to find their forever friends.

"E" FOR EFFORT...1 EXTRA STAR FOR BEING NOT FOR PROFIT AND VOLUNTEER. GOOD FOR YOU FOR VETTING THE FAMILIES OF YOUR PETS. BUT BAD JUDGEMENT OF CHARACTER FROM THE "JUDGY" WORKERS. AT LEAST TAKE ENOUGH TIME AND ASK ENOUGH QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU COME TO YOUR HIGH BROW CONCLUSIONS.GOOD LUCK, DO BETTER.THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME...

The worst experience I have ever had.My boyfriend and father wanted to adopt and we spent hours there with the cats and bonded with two that we were under the presumption that we could take home. Not only was the /only/ person working there frantic and messy, but she had absolutely no idea where to even contact the fosters we needed to for taking them home and then she promptly found out that our cats will be too old for the ones we wanted and she didn’t know that ahead of time. So we spent the entire day there, for her to tell us no. When she knew hours ahead of time which we wanted. Then the foster proceeded to refuse to even try and speak to us when I guarantee we would’ve been the best owners for those cats. They will not get a better home than us, and they decided to deny us merely for our cats age.Complete mess of an adoption place and I can’t believe I wasted my time, my family’s time, and those poor cats time.

Rules are very unclear, lack of staffing . Was lead on to believe we would be adopting 2 kittens, waited an extended time. Enough to become very attached to the kittens. Fosters decide, but are hard to get a hold of, and won’t even offer a call to discuss. Absolutely ridiculous that fosters decide when they don’t even meet you or will not talk to you. It put undue stress on the WHOLE facility.

We want a cat but in order to get a cat you have to have a cat. Well we dont have another cat so we will not be getting a cat from this facility.

The volunteers were extremely rude and didn't know much of what they were talking about when I started asking about some of the cats. For my first minute of being in there I had gotten so many dirty looks for all 7 volunteers and they started to talk poorly about me and my plus one about waiting for them to open, we heard something and said yes we did wait for you guys to open, then got dirty looks again until we left. Personally it's not worth going to this company because of the service, unless you like being treated like trash.

my husband and I adopted two 7 month old kitties from Partners for Pets last week. all the cats were allowed to roam free in the room with access to loads of cat towers and room for them to run around and play. the ladies working there were so sweet and friendly, and they're all volunteers! they have the kindest hearts and want the best for every cat that comes through. every cat is spayed \\u0026 neutered and caught up on all of their shots before being adopted. it was a wonderful experience and we love our crazy kitties!

A no kill shelter for cats. You need to make an appointment but if you are looking for a kitten, young cat, or senior you can find them here.
